Never made it to a room. So unfortunately i booked this room and when arrived at the hotel and went to check in and was told that i had to put up a $100 security deposit which i did not have or could afford to give them even if it was refundable. Now the girl at the desk did say that all third party booking apps disclose this information about the deposit. So i came back to my reservation to find where it says anything about deposit snd i did find it but it is not displayed on main page of reservation so that its none right up front. You shouldnt have to click on 3 different pages to find it at the very bottom in small print. Another words do better ******* because of me not knowing about the deposit i lost my key point rewards and was unable to check into my reservation because this information is not stated upfront.

I was so tired and came unhinged over the pet fee. The overnight front desk clerk handled it so well until I came to my senses. Enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

The room was clean staff was friendly and professional. Only a sofa in the room was stained need some TLC.

The rooms were super clean and the beds were amazing. The staff was very friendly and I particularly loved their coffee machine. There amenities were available to you 24 hours which was a huge convenience for someone who works 13 hours a day. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Bathroom was dirty. I could kinda deal with that. Sunday as I was getting packed to check out (I only had a shirt on) heard one knock at the door got up to answer it took me all of 30sec I was expecting someone is the only reason I was walking to answer. A gentleman was walking in I’m assuming he has a master key card. I even answered out loud hold on. He continued to walk in. I a female who was staying alone. He should have not walked in and gave a few minutes to answer. This was at 10 am check out is 11. That made me feel extremely uncomfortable. What if I was an elderly person who it would have taken me a moment to get to the door. This is not ok. Please use this as a training opportunity. If you know someone rented the room and has not yet checked out, knock if they don’t answer come back after check out time.

Clean room and friendly staff. Thankfully, Ms. Sia reached out to return our tablet and charger after we forgot it…and didn’t realize that we even had!
Breakfast had decent options and was maintained. If I could offer one suggestion - take the biscuits out of the oven maybe 1.5mins sooner. All in all, would stay again every single time.
