My room had a weird odor. Not nasty. Just odd, like stale wood and cleaning products. I did find black hair on the sheet and a pillow, I'm blonde... Im glad I brought my own pillow sheets and a blanket...

Average stay, bed was comfortable, air in room worked, hallway smelled musty, VERY limited breakfast - cereal, a few muffins/bagels, bananas, waffle maker, coffee, and juice.

Good location, helpful staff
Only negative is the limited breakfast available. Most Comfort Inns have egg and sausage available, but no big deal.

Room smelled like mold. I contacted corporate and asked the front desk for a new room. The employee immediately said it’s not mold. He came to the room to smell and said he didn’t smell anything. The odor was strong. I had to go to the front desk to get my new room key humans the employee was on the phone with his boss cuz corporate called. Again I’m just being told is not mold by both and acting like im lying.

Staff was able to accommodate a room switch to first floor since they dont have an elevator and we were travelling with an infant, which means lots of stuff!! Thankful for that

Dirty, supposed to be a non-smoking property huge smell of smoking in the room 201. They offered another room (# 205) and it was just as bad.

No pool
There website showed that it had a pool and it didn’t. The bathroom door didn’t shut.
房间有轻微破损：填缝剂和油漆剥落。房间靠近马路，很不方便。与员工的互动很不尽如人意：退房很顺利，入住花了 5 多分钟才有人到前台。虽然房间足够干净，但设施的总体维护不足，即使是经济型酒店也是如此。
房间非常干净，我住的那晚很安静。工作人员很友好，早餐也很丰盛。我唯一的抱怨是整栋楼都有潮湿发霉的味道。走廊里有一台除湿机，所以我要表扬他们，但说实话，他们那台小除湿机没什么用。他们需要几台大除湿机才能有所作为。房间里的沙发很旧，已经过时了。中间被压坏了。但总而言之，我愿意再次入住，但要短暂停留。
房间很干净……但洗发水和护发素用过。前台人员对我们要求换新瓶装洗发水感到有些不高兴。客人不应该使用前一位客人留下的护发产品！
