Needs a renovation and updated facilities. For the most part the staff was nice but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The staff was friendly. And breakfast was ok but the ladies had trouble keeping up with the demand of people. The walk in showers were extremely dangerous due to how slippery it was. We had to use a towel on the shower floor in order not to slip and fall. Also, our room floors were filthy! Right after showering and walking on them my feet would be dirty. Asked them if they would mop it but when we came back they weren’t done. We stayed a week and didn’t think that was too much to ask.

Room had a door tat was peeling and wouldn’t close off the bathroom. AC’s would not cool no matter how low you set them. Front desk lady was less than helpful. We asked to switch rooms and second room was a bit better. Same AC issue, but at least door would shut to the bathroom.

The room was clean and well kept. There was one employee who was extremely friendly and always busy. I'm not sure she has any help. The pool was not in a condition to swim in, very dirty. What I assume we're employees, congregated in the hallway several nights, outside of people's rooms, and talked very loudly. We requested room service 3 nights into our stay because we needed fresh towels, but they never came. Decent for the cost. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Staff was friendly. Pool is beautiful and there’s a little private beach . We enjoyed our stay very very much. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because bathrooms need updating and breakfast needs resuscitation. Thank you so much for the beautiful memories
