This was a motel and not a hotel like it stated. First room wouldn’t open after multiple back and forths to office. Second room smelled terrible, had stains on comforter, A/C wouldn’t cool the room, ant crawling around on bed, blood on interior bathroom door frame, stained carpet, two rolls of toilet paper that were almost empty, smoke alarm that was covered by a plastic bag, and a random key card lying in the floor.

had to move the bed against the wall for baby not to fall out. when we did under the bed was filthy, all kinds of stuff from haft full water bottle to vapor inhalers and more, ask for 2 extra blankets because the ones on the bed were light and thin had to go get them myself, they said they could get in the room , what????? Will never stay at a red lion again!

Stayed 2 nights and room wasn't cleaned after 1st day. Had to get clean towels from front desk. Was informed room would be cleaned 3rd day but we were only staying 2 days and wasn't told at check-in about this policy. Very few options for breakfast.

TV / program selection terrible, no in roon channel guide,no on screen channel guide, picture quality is poor .
Room/ found dirty/ used clothing in dresser, checked " complimentry coffe...found torn,empty package on tray,no coffee! Only one washcloth for shower...for 2 people. Defective light above vanity( bad ballast, help unscrewed bulb rather than replace.
Went to office before noon Friday, spoke to lady claiming to be general mgr., explained issues, she said shed dicount room, went right to clipboard and wrote out in detail the isdues, said it would be delt with....returned 8 hrs later, Nothing was touched, no clean towels/ washcloths, no light repair, no coffee...tried to use house phone to complain, it doesnt work,used cellphone to call front desk, was told linens and light were coming, guy showed up with towles ect...said he couldnt find a light bulb,no mention of coffee...I am not happy, at check out Saturday they will here about it !

床很舒服。118号房间的浴室发霉,咖啡壶坏了。前台没有遥控器。咖啡壶等了24小时才修好。111号房间的地毯很脏,我丈夫光脚在房间里走动时,脚被弄黑了。Keep 不起作用。我多次打电话给前台,前台无人接听。为了拿新钥匙,工作人员不得不用洗手液来欺骗刷卡。她只能用自己现有的洗手液。听说钥匙锁和系统有问题。管理非常糟糕。我们遇到过一位免疫系统受损的人。不得不把她搬走。很遗憾,我们的评论表明这家酒店需要彻底整修。Rehards,111号房间的Mike O'HARROW和118号房间的Patricia O'HARROW。
