Room was excellent, and super clean! Staff was just amazing and friendly as well. We have always loved staying at this location in previous visits to Coos Bay. We will definitely be coming back again.

The room had a strange odor, mirrors had a smeared substance on them, toilet also had some gross remnants on the top of the seat. We were there approximately 5-10 minutes & decided to find another place to stay for the evening. I let the front desk clerk know that we weren't going to be staying due to it not meeting cleanliness standards. He didn't inquire as to what issues we had with the room, just said "OK". No mention of relocating us to a nicer/clean room. Also noticed that funds were not refunded to my account. We will not be staying at a Red Lion again.

The pillows had been washed and the filling was In clumps . The mattress frame sagged and the bed made noise whenever you barely moved . Every night I had to get my card reactivated. The bathroom floor had several hairs on the floor . Carpet stained and the room smelled very musty . The gals at the front desk were very nice though !

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but needs refreshing. It smells old and that’s the first thing we noticed when we walked in.

The room was clean and well appointed. We only spent one night and left early in the morning. I will say the coffee offered in the room and lobby was terrible - no flavor whatsoever.

床很舒服。118号房间的浴室发霉,咖啡壶坏了。前台没有遥控器。咖啡壶等了24小时才修好。111号房间的地毯很脏,我丈夫光脚在房间里走动时,脚被弄黑了。Keep 不起作用。我多次打电话给前台,前台无人接听。为了拿新钥匙,工作人员不得不用洗手液来欺骗刷卡。她只能用自己现有的洗手液。听说钥匙锁和系统有问题。管理非常糟糕。我们遇到过一位免疫系统受损的人。不得不把她搬走。很遗憾,我们的评论表明这家酒店需要彻底整修。Rehards,111号房间的Mike O'HARROW和118号房间的Patricia O'HARROW。
