Our check in on Friday was quick and efficient. However, my son’s check in on Saturday was anything but. During a 15 minute process it was apparent the woman behind the desk did not know how to use the computer. My son was charged three times before my daughter in-law pointed out to the clerk that they had been charged three times already.
After going to their assigned room, it was discovered that the room was already occupied. My son and his wife were assigned to another room.
This whole experience was very disappointing. I’ve stayed at Country Inn & Suites numerous times for both business and pleasure. I counted it as a hotel chain I could count on. Now I’m not so sure.

Our original room, which is the one we paid for, was kind of small, but was very clean and the employees were very friendly.

Extensive renovation. Poor water quality. It doesn’t look like this hotel has had a quality General Manager since the early 2000’s. Never staying here again.

We went through three rooms. The first had a fridge that did not work. We had sushi so we had to put it in the fridge. The second room had torn furniture and a light was left on and the carpet was dirty. The third we just stuck with but the curtain was torn on one side and missing on the other. The fridge had broken parts inside and the bedroom door appeared to have been repaired after being punched. Also, the television in the bedroom did not work (but the one in the living room did - though the color was off. I wish it had been nicer for my daughter's mother daughter day in Mpls from Two Harbors.

Staff was great! My room was dirty and it really just ruined my 2 day stay. Had my 4yr old with me and we did not enjoy any amenities because i actually stayed gone until evening. Usually they have hot breakfast but when reserving nothing was mentioned about renovations. Was told i would get a discount but this did not happen. The discount was because the room was very dirty.

Room felt very neglected. No bedspread. Sheets were so wrinkled I had to wonder if they were even fresh. The place is VERY undesirable. I will not stay there again

The photos must be of a different hotel. This is not what we walked into. There is no lobby or breakfast area. The carpet is stained, chairs were filthy and ripped apart, it was not a pleasant experience. The only good thing was the man working the front desk. He was so helpful and kind and helped us tremendously. He deserves a raise and a better place to work.

There was no hot breakfast because of the remodeling. In my room the was a red stain in the carpet that my 7 yr old daughter thought was blood. The bedroom tv was broken, the ceiling had water damage and the door had damage from what looked like a punch. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
