Our room was great, a king suite with a sofabed for my family of three. We did have to go to the front desk to get linens for the sofabed as they were not provided.
The first morning as we are having breakfast in our room, someone opened our door without knocking or identifying themselves. They quickly closed it when I said hello.
Location is convenient and a good restaurant just next door.

Room was dirty. There was old food in the fridge. The hot tub worked intermittently. Breakfast was a choice of a few different kinds of cereal you could take back to your room. TV in our room didn't work.

The room was clean other than a chunk of bread(?)in the closet with the ironing board. That was gross but I didn't want to touch it. Also, the door stinks so badly that you have to hip check it to get it open.

the windows were open so we shut and locked them. the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. it works for a one night stay but wouldn’t want to spend a weekend there. it was also under construction. Room service tried to clean our room while we were getting ready and i told them no. i would find a different place to stay

I define would not recommend. Poor condition
Hotel is in the middle of renovation with no rhyme or reason, torn apart here and there. No tv remote in the room, no direction on how to get the tv to work other than the front desk rambling about HDMI. Very small tv for 2025. Toilet paper dispenser hanging by a loose screw, house keeping trying to clean our room 3 hours prior to check out time. I have never given a negative review- this deserves it.

I wanted to like this more because the location was very. nice. but the hotel was in rough shape - looked very worn out and damaged. The tv in the room required knowing how to switch to html (not possible through the remote, and had to be redone each time you wanted to turn it on). staff not very friendly.

Evening staff could be better
Pools were in great condition but neither one of them had towels available. I had to ask for some from a staff member who could have been friendlier
