We were with family most of our stay inJackson, but the room wasclean, quiet and comfortable. The staff treated us very well.

Good stay . Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Complimentary coffee throughout the day. Breakfast had hot or cold options and was well stocked. It was quiet at night
Showers were hot and good water pressure. Staff friendly and helpful.
Fitness room is ok. Treadmill wasn't working quite right. I meant to notify staff but forgot. No elevators but accommodated a downstairs due to my sisters disability.
Would stay again if we are in town

Jetted tub was dirty had to clean it myself, after cleaning it, it was still dirty so I didn’t even get to use it so my stay was pointless. I can there for the jetted tub but only stayed in the room and I could’ve stayed home.

It appears that an external substance was poured into the tub, which caused the issue you encountered and required additional cleaning after checkout. While we regret that this affected your stay, we do stand by our cleaning procedures and documentation. We appreciate your understanding and will continue working to maintain high standards for all our guests

酒店还行，但入住和退房就完全是另一回事了，简直麻烦死了。我之前用CashApp卡在线支付了房费，但当我抵达时，他们却要求支付一笔押金。我问他们是否接受CashApp支付，因为我第一次就是用它付款的，结果他们告诉我他们不接受，我必须用现金或者一张非CashApp、Venmo、Chime、PayPal等的银行卡支付。态度极其恶劣。更别提他们还把我赶出了房间，直到我支付了宠物押金。那天晚上我付了宠物费，但工作人员的态度除了不尊重还是不尊重。
然而，到了退房那天，我起晚了，向客房服务人员道歉，结果他们态度也非常粗鲁，告诉我只有五分钟时间搬走，否则就要叫警察。我在那里住了几天，有很多东西，五分钟根本不够用，所以我请求多给一点时间。等我把所有东西都搬出去后，他们却突然变得非常友好，问我是否需要帮助。我告诉他们不需要他们任何帮助。我把所有东西都搬到车上后，又回到酒店去取回我的押金，结果他们拒绝退还押金。我肯定会联系他们的负责人，投诉这件事以及其他所有问题。
这也不是我第一次遇到这种事了。
非常不错的住宿体验。安静，干净。
房间还可以，就是晚上有点吵。下次还会住这里。
