We enjoyed the jetted whirlpool in our King suite. One North Kitchen & Bar is basically next door, so that was convenient for dinner.

The t.v. didnt work. The shower had mold and slime. Woke to people having intercorse very loudly at 4 am. Just very gross place.

There are new owners. The bathroom door needed replacing and i saw 2 small bugs in the room. Didn't taste the food. The weekend price was over 50$ more than what it was before. We have stayed at Baymont for the last 5 years everytime we were in Jackson. Under the old owners, no problems.

We got a room with a jetted tub, which wass very relaxing. The room itself was nice, king sized bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating but otherwise was fine. Decent water pressure in the shower. Was on the louder side, could definitely hear people in the halls, slamming doors, etc. Breakast was ok, not much offered but what do you expect for continental.

Check in was quick using the online link for check in. They honored my first floor room as requested. Hot coffee in the lobby the entire stay. Moderate choice of items for continental breakfast but they stopped serving bacon strips. No pool at this location. Washer and dryer were clean and worked well. Very quite at night. Enjoy!!!

Great hotel, no elevators.
Stayed at this location from a bicycling trip I made. It was a good location. The hotel was clean and nice. Only issue was, no elevators, so the clerk had to carry my bike up the stairs for me. I had no problem getting it down, but I would've liked to know in advance there were no elevators.

工作人员非常友好，住宿环境干净又安静。
酒店还行，但入住和退房就完全是另一回事了，简直麻烦死了。我之前用CashApp卡在线支付了房费，但当我抵达时，他们却要求支付一笔押金。我问他们是否接受CashApp支付，因为我第一次就是用它付款的，结果他们告诉我他们不接受，我必须用现金或者一张非CashApp、Venmo、Chime、PayPal等的银行卡支付。态度极其恶劣。更别提他们还把我赶出了房间，直到我支付了宠物押金。那天晚上我付了宠物费，但工作人员的态度除了不尊重还是不尊重。
然而，到了退房那天，我起晚了，向客房服务人员道歉，结果他们态度也非常粗鲁，告诉我只有五分钟时间搬走，否则就要叫警察。我在那里住了几天，有很多东西，五分钟根本不够用，所以我请求多给一点时间。等我把所有东西都搬出去后，他们却突然变得非常友好，问我是否需要帮助。我告诉他们不需要他们任何帮助。我把所有东西都搬到车上后，又回到酒店去取回我的押金，结果他们拒绝退还押金。我肯定会联系他们的负责人，投诉这件事以及其他所有问题。
这也不是我第一次遇到这种事了。
房间还可以，就是晚上有点吵。下次还会住这里。
