Our stay was okay overall, but there were several areas that could be improved. We were visiting family and will likely choose a different hotel next time. The property is currently undergoing construction, which appears to be for an expansion, but many of the existing common areas—such as the lobby—are in need of updating as well.
Our room did not feel very clean. The shower curtain was noticeably discolored and looked worn, and the pillows were uncomfortable. When we turned on the heater, it produced a strong, unpleasant odor. Throughout our stay, the only staff member we encountered was the front desk attendant. The breakfast was acceptable.

1st time here. Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Reasonable rate and room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again when I'm in this area.

the rooms, in general, seem to be in a state of disrepair. Additionally, I had to stand at the reception desk for several minutes on Saturday night before the man working the desk greeted me. It seemed like he didn't want to stand up and leave his office.

The room seemed clean but the next morning there were ants all over the desk where some dinner was eaten the night before. The key cards were very sensitive and would go blank easily. Also, the bathroom faucet was very loose and would move back and forth. The staff were great, the breakfast was good (not much for someone gluten free though) and the coffee was good and available.

Decent place but needs improvement
The room was fine, seemed clean and was comfortable. The breakfast was only okay. I will say that it was a quite a bit more than a Continental Breakfast, the waffles, eggs, and sausage gravy was welcome by all of us. But the sausage was cold, the breakfast area was very small, so people were waiting to get by for juice, toast, etc. The floor in the breakfast area was also sticky which made it feel not very clean. When we checked in, Marvin did a nice job welcoming us and getting us ready. Unfortunately, the construction going on at the hotel meant parking was limited. The neighboring business seemed very strict about their own parking lot and we had to find unorthodox parking on the grass over by cargo containers. I understand that construction can be a difficult thing to deal with but I need to be honest with my review.
