Starting with the check in, it only took us a couple of minutes. All the information necessary was conveyed in a few words. Check out was extremely fast. Room was clean and comfortable, appliances were ready to use. Overall excellent service altogether. The price was unbeatable.

The room was nice and big but the mattress was awful. I just stayed in one the night before in Columbia, SC and the mattress was comfortable.

The check-in was very good the lady at the front desk couldn’t been any better. The issue was with the room. Black mold in the shower, a bug crawling up the wall next to the bed and when I moved by the night stand to try and get it the floor and wall were filthy.

The room smelled bad even with full fan on. Carpets have old stains. You can tell the cleaning staff is trying their best but hotels old condition is the problem.

Asked for quiet room, but put on 1st floor with an old lumpy bed that had a big ridge down the middle due to overuse. Very disappointing.

The room was very comfortable with a nice, big television. The staff was very kind and personable. We loved the older maid that offered us muffins and other pastries before she took them back into the kitchen. The breakfast was amazingly good. We will stay again on our way to Florida.
