The room was fine. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was skimpy and poorly prepared. The hotel appears to be housing people off the street. Not opposed to that, but it changes the atmosphere.

Excellent stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Rodney and Joneika.
The hotel was handy for the town center as we were taking part in the Pumpkin Festival.
We have already booked our stay for the same time next year.

Overall it was a nice stay. A few things that kept it from being an excellent stay were: there were no network tv stations available on TV, there was only one working elevator & it was slow, there was at least one tour group staying at the hotel and they took over the breakfast area.

The condition of the room was poor. It is well past it's prime. The blackout blind was torn and it wouldn't come all the way down. The sheer curtains that came over it were dirty and ripped (as if they had been slashed). The room was not dirty per se but the cleaning crew are not thorough and there were smudges on mirrors, toothpaste stains on the wall beside the sink and the floor was not swept properly. Bathroom toiletries were useless...tiny bottle of cheap shampoo and lotion and a bar of soap (no shower gel). The overall impression was VERY shabby/run down. It definitely did not justify the price that was charged.
The elevator is a disaster...one did not work so the one remaining elevator had to service 7 floors and was extremely slow.
Breakfast wasn't bad...it was a hot breakfast. It's not the hotel's fault that it was like a zoo! So many people tripping over each other to get food and with only one person replenishing the hot food, it ran out quickly. There also weren't a lot of places to sit to eat.

I paid $259 for a room with tv without the 4 major network stations. Missed game 5 of the alds baseball game. The breakfast would have been good if i could wait for the one and only waffle machine. One very slow elevator for the whole building.

There was 1 tiny elevator for 104 rooms. The indoor pool is not heated. The curtain was actually in shreds..the light wasnt working in bedroom..the handle broke off the shower door
There were dark hairs on the bath countertop and shaving remnants.
