Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. I arrived at 2:35pm. There was a guy running the vacuum cleaner. He looked at me a couple of times an then he said that I was too early to check in and needed to wait, then he continued to sweep. Keep in mind there was no one at the hotel, the parking lot was empty, I know I was a little early but he could have checked me in. The room had a terrible smell. Bed was very uncomfortable. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Stay away.

Staff is rude..if you book thru hotels .com you will have to put a card on hold for more than what you spent on the room.

It seems like the place needs to hire more people to help that guy who works there and seems exhausted and not in hurry to meet the clients.
People smoke either by the windows inside or right outside by the open windows and the smell of smoke are inside the whole and room. They need better monitoring of the place to enforce non smoking policy.
Other than that everything is alright, what you'd expect from the hotel.

We arrived at this hotel around 9:00 PM, tired from our travels. The front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional. He asked me to write down all my credit card details, including the expiry date and three-digit security code, stating that his system was down and he could not process payments electronically.
I explained that I was not comfortable sharing such sensitive information in writing and suggested that he use the credit card details already provided to ******* or that I could pay in cash the next day. He became visibly upset, tore up the registration papers, and told us there was no room available for us, asking us to leave the premises.
We were shocked by his behavior and had to call the police to report the situation. After explaining everything to the officers, we were forced to book another hotel at the last minute. By then, it was almost 11:30 PM.
my advice please stay away from this place,

The room was clean. The staff were always available and efficiently helpful and pleasant. Breakfast included the typical wafflemaker and breads as well as apples and peanut butter for us gluten free individuals. It was budget friendly so I did not expect a full hot breakfast buffet. even without that it was very good. It was quiet despite being in the middle of the city and there was a Wendys a subway and an Arbys very close (less than 5 minutes walk or drive). I would definitely stay here again if I came to Wheeling.

Toilet was not secured to the floor. Could not understand the person in charge at the front desk. Would not stay there again. Sub par with other Super 8

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The property is clearly well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area and needs a place to stay.

Bathroom pipes made noise off and on all weekend. Other than that it was nice and peaceful.
