-水壶里有发霉的茶水
-淋浴排水不畅
-水槽、淋浴间和地板上到处都是头发和杂物

-房间标明无烟，但房间里却弥漫着浓重的烟味。
我到房间时没有水，向前台投诉时，她态度很不友好。我想要水的时候，她只愿意退款。
