Hyatt should be ashamed that one of their hotels looks like this. The property is run down. The rooms are dirty and the furniture is old, stained, and beat up.

Expected a nicer facility but it was doable. One employee when asked for a particular item said there was none, saw an empty box of it, left it there and even w/a WAlmart close, did not even say she would make sure to have some for the morning or anything. She only did the bare minimum for the customer. Too bad I did not get her name.

Good rooms able to accommodate our family. Breakfast had a good selection. Location good for entertainment, shopping, dining and airport. Easy to get to Cincinnati.

My family will never stay here again. We're absolutely disappointed and upset with the treatment we recieved. So much so I called corporate who was very apologetic and reached out to this hotel. I was told things would be made right and someone would contact me. Not one call not one try from this hotel. The room was dirty, not as shown in photos. Bathroom super small and very dirty. Beds are very small and poor quality. My special needs children were so excited to stay here to get away from day to day medical appointments and surgeries. We were never told the pool was closed and not working. When checking in we werent told. Yet after i made my complaint they started telling everyone else. The breakfast was horrific and not cooked correctly undercooked meat made ys all sick. $600 down the drain. I want a partial refund. But of course not a single call back. Ill be calling corporate again. 0/10 recommended to stay here. Im disgusted at how rude the lady was at the front desk. (The blonde i didnt get your name, thanks for being the only one who was remotely kind in trying to talk to us).

Limited parking that requires payment even for overnight. Dark parking lot and felt sketchy walking through it at night. Strange super dated rooms that definitely need to be brought into this century with a remodel. More expensive than it should have been. Surprised it meets the standards to be a Hyatt property
