Airport shuttle was extra helpful for us. We had a rental car. Allowed us to return the car 10pm the night before. And brought us back to the hotel. So the next morning we could just take the shuttle and have breakfast!! Thank you!

Room was clean and nice, there were shops all around that you could walk to if you wanted to. Staff was nice, as for parking……… I was very disappointed that they charge you to park in their parking lot!!!!
I’m already paying for the room now I have to pay to park my car there?!!! That is the biggest crock of crap I have ever heard of. You should be ashamed & embarrassed of yourself for something like that!!

Hyatt should be ashamed that one of their hotels looks like this. The property is run down. The rooms are dirty and the furniture is old, stained, and beat up.
