Receptionist was rude and talking about how she thinks everyone who stays there "looks and is dirty"..she was also being rude when it came to check out times. Telling me its at 11. Not 11:01

This property looks nothing like the pics online ! This place was the most disgusting dirty rundown crackhouse "hotel" I have ever seen !!
There were bloody fingerprints on the door !!!
I would not recommend this place to anyone !!

这是我住过最糟糕的酒店,服务也差劲透顶,TripAdvisor(猫途鹰)也帮不上什么忙。这本来是我的周年纪念和生日之旅,结果我有一半时间都在打电话处理各种问题:他们给了我们错误的房型;没有广告上说的免费早餐;我不得不自己去安装坏掉的灯泡;空调机组摇摇欲坠;墙壁上有血迹。我不得不去要洗碗布和毛巾,前台那位女士的态度还很差,好像我打扰了她一天的工作一样。床单上有污渍,简直恶心透顶。我真希望他们或者TripAdvisor能给我们换一家更好的酒店,但他们最多只肯提供80美元的补偿,我自己也负担不起换酒店的费用,因为我们所有的钱都花在这家酒店上了,而我刚被查出患有心脏病。所以,我不会推荐任何生物,哪怕是老鼠,来住这个地方。
他们给我们安排的房间有股烟味。因为我有个10岁的女儿,我们要求换房间,但他们根本不想换。他们只是喷了点儿烟味来掩盖。我的体验真的很糟糕!
