Our family was here for 2 nights over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very modern and updated, despite it being an older business, and were exceptionally clean! The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the nice pool/patio area both nights. The proximity to all the local stores/restaurants and Splashway Waterpark was very nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Good check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Easy access to I-10. The bathroom was recently renovated and the room was spotless. The King bed was comfortable and there were several good restaurants to pick from. Great access to all our electronics. Family owned and it was obvious that the owners paid attention to detail. Highly recommend this place.

This is a very clean stop on the side of the highway about 40 minutes outside Houston. The parking lot is fenced and brightly lit. Good cable tv. Cost for 2 beds was $90. Safe enough- there is nothing around but hotels and foods. There is a grocery store and Walmart a couple blocks away. No breakfast really, just one individually Saran wrapped slice of white bread. No cream for coffee.

We stayed in king bed room #109 in mid-April. It was an average room with all you could need for a quick overnight stay. We however thought the bathroom was on the small side. Renovations were being undertaken when we were there as a few tradesmen were working. We were told to not be concerned about the paint smell, but we did not notice it in our room. Upon check-in, I asked what time the breakfast was served. The staff told me 6am and wrote it on my receipt. Next morning we walked to the reception / breakfast area at 6:30am and everything was locked. Not the best experience and a little annoying. I am not sure if the reception staff member was new because when I checked in and asked where I should park to be close to the room, he said he did not know where the room was located! All he knew was that the room was on the ground floor. When we went to the reception to drop our keys in for check out just after 7am, the door was thankfully open but no staff were around, and the breakfast area was still without lights. Very strange. The hotel is located just off the interstate but is not too noisy. There were heavy walkers staying above our room, so it may be best to request a 2nd floor room if stomping annoys you.
