Well worst part was the fleas which I'm severely allergic to, then door wouldn't close properly and you had to slam it, and then the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Not a happy stay and I ended up in urgent care.

I loved how clean the room was. Love how pets are allowed. Your night time clerk was so professional and nice. He called me at my event to tell me the dogs were barking and I had no problem leaving to take care of the dogs. I would definitely stay again!

It was fine until we woke up to loud banging literally on the other side of our room wall. They were doing construction which is fine but why would you put guests in a room knowingly they are going to be tearing down concrete wall on the other side of it. I even told the lady at the desk we weren't going to be in until late.

This is my second visit to this Comfort Inn at Turfway Road. The gentleman at the front desk? Is an amazing guy so accommodating so nice. He’s so pleasant and personable you would definitely be happy with your choice and his sparkling personality

The biggest problem I saw was the room needed a better cleaning (bathroom). The service in the breakfast area was excellent and the check-in was great and helpful. Not as quiet from the interstate road next to it. All services are next to the hotel.

Front desk man was really nice. Room was okay. Old property. My bathroom had bugs in sink and tub. Tub did not look very clean. Pink/ orange stuff along the rim. Bathroom had a ventilation issue. I could smell whenever my neighbors had used the restroom as if it was in mine, every single time. It was an okay place for a short cheap stay.

Decent hotel, terrible mattress
Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Location for us was great. Only complaint is the mattress was horrible and messed up my back. Also the bathtub narrow and difficult to move much during a shower. Rooms could use updates but it was clean

There may have been a misunderstanding about our special request. Asked for NOT lower level and were put in a room on lower level. It had a musty smell and was pretty out dated. It was clean.
Went to desk to request Lysol spray, but no one was there. No one at desk at check out.
Pretty noisy above us all night….woke three times with walking and doors closing.
Breakfast was good.
