Breakfast was great! Room cleanliness was not very good. Our room had definitely not been vacuumed prior to our checking in as there were crumbs on the floor. Front desk personnel was not extremely friendly but breakfast personnel were super!

Step at front dusk was really good.They were very happy and very welcoming.
The holiday inn was very clean even with construction going on.
Breakfast was good and coffee was available all day and night.
We also like the location of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit noisy at times with the pool being right across from our room. It was nice being so close to the breakfast buffet and complimentary coffee, etc.
The bed was really comfortable. We really liked the hot tub. Although it was in the 30’s outside the a/c appeared to be kicking on in the room. We ended up just shutting everything off for the second night and turning the heat on in the morning.

Property was ok for a one night stay but not sure I would stay longer. Bed was comfortable and pillows were great but you could hear every bit of noise from other rooms and outside.

Breakfast was good. Parking was a little cramped but ok.
Rooms were ok, housekeepers missed a few spots in the bathroom. Service at front desk was scant. Hard to get clean towels and questions answered. Desk help was very friendly when there.

Room was not very clean. All of the edges of the carpet and around the tables all had accumulated dust from a long time. There is also mold on top of the ceiling above the shower. Our room was very noisy and could hear traffic from outside. Sounded like a window was open it was so loud. Hotel host at the front desk was not very professional at all. Had to ask her four or five times if she could speak up because I could not understand what she was saying.This hotel for being only roughly five years old looked like it was a hotel of at least 20 years. This was one of the worst holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. I will never go back to this Holiday Inn. This was $200 wasted.

The staff was excellent, the location is great, and the breakfast was good. However, the bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the sheets were not entirely on the bed. I had to adjust the sheets so that I could sleep without them coming off.

Our room was infested with bedbugs. I was bitten multiple times and we left in the middle of the night. The staff were apologetic and we did receive a refund but our vacation was cut short.

We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and it is disheartening to us when we fall short of our guests expectations. We are diligent in following best practices when it comes to infestations of any kind at our hotel. We have an outside pest control company come monthly to perform preventative treatments to our rooms resulting quarterly, each room and public area being preventatively treated for most forms of insects. We have also placed complete boxspring and mattress encasements to deter possible infestations as well. Unfortunately, the constant flow of guests who unknowingly transport bed bugs on their luggage, clothing and personal items make it a difficult task to fully eliminate the random and rare occurrence of them being found in a guest room. Bed bugs are "hitchhiking" pests that can easily be transported from an infested location and then spread to other hotels in the travels of guests. Our housekeeping supervisor and Maintenance staff inspected the room and verified the issue. The room was immediately placed out of order and proper treatment was conducted. To ensure the infestation is dealt with fully, a heat treatment is performed on the room. Special equipment which heats the entire room to over 126 degree fahrenheit for over 4 hours (recommended treatment is 118 degree for 90 minutes) is placed in the room once all linen has been properly removed for seperate cleaning (separate washing and drying ensures eradication and removes chances of spreading to other locations), for the heat treatment of the room / effected area. We have had the pest control company verify no further evidence of active insects in that guest room and its surrounding areas. I apologize again for the unfortunate situation experienced. Please know we strive to ensure the safety and security of our guests. There were so many little kids, and I have kids but our room was on the first floor by the elevator. We had kids stomping and running around in the room above us all hours of the night and morning and staff “tried” to ask them to be quiet
