Polite staff but “Pet Friendly”
The staff was friendly and polite, the rooms were clean but the beds are very uncomfortable, the hotel is pet friendly and the 2nd floor hallway smelled like pet urine so strong that it could be smelled as soon as the elevator door opened, and breakfast food options only consisted of snack cakes & 2 types of cereal.

Check in was okay. Room was humid and had a dehumidifier that was full of water. The room was quiet but had a stale and not very fresh smell. The bed was old and creeked.

It was ok.
I did not like the crunch of the bed springs when you first get in the bed. Sounded terrible and worried me. I did not like the bathroom door opening up right into the toilet. It was a big inconvenience.

Stay was great. The room and hotel were nice and clean. My only complaint was our shower was very clogged. I reported it when we checked out. I feel certain they fixed it. I will definitely stay again.

I liked how close it was to everything. My room was extremely dirty. I had to dust everything before I went to bed because the dust was so bad. It was filthy.

I expected better conditions, our bathroom was falling apart due to water damage. I’ve stayed here several times, but will not again. The building is in need of overall renovations.

The hotel is abouy 30 minutes fron Pensacola City. The place is very safe, clean and new. It is very clean a confortable. The breakfast is a little weak (not hot food), it is only to take something and go. However, being there is worth it for its price-quality ratio.
