We had a wreck on the way down, it was late at night and we simply wanted a clean bed to sleep in, and clean, safe which this business absolutely couldn't provide. Had I not caught the mold in the second room, I'd have been making a trip to the hospital, as I am allergic. My poor child after a traumatic day, was forced to sleep in a car, as was my husband who had been driving for 5 hours and was shaken from the wreck. We slept in a Walmart parking lot with no pillows or blankets and surrounded by other cars who I would guess also couldn't find/afford accommodations for the evening. This was an unprofessional and disgusting experience with lack of ownership or communication. Highly disappointed. Would never recommend.

Do not under any circumstances stay in this hotel. It was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Management will reply to this post thanking me for the feedback and stating how important the feedback is, it's all BS. They don't care and the hotel is disgusting. Stayed in this hotel the weekend of May 9-11 (graduation weekend at Indiana University). We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people. The condition of the rooms were horrible. There were mold spots on the ceiling in one of rooms, the sheets in both rooms had brown stains on them, the sheets in one rooms smelled of smoke, and the mattress pad on one of the beds had what appeared to be a soda stain on it. The wall in one of the bathrooms had been damaged and repair was begun, but not completed. The sink in one of the bathrooms had a crack in it. The wall unit air conditioner was not working in the second floor hallway so the window on the west end of the building was left open 24/7, this meant that we could hear traffic all night long. On Saturday morning when we went to get breakfast, the hard-boiled eggs were not in the refrigerator and the juice containers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We didn’t get breakfast either morning of our stay. The expectation that sheets and mattress pads be clean and not smell of smoke should not be too much to ask. And any concerns a guest has should be addressed in a timely fashion. These concerns were expressed to the front desk staff during our stay and managerial staff after our stay and nothing has been done to rectify it.

Basically you get what you pay for. I’ve included pictures in my review to basically explain what I mean. I chose this hotel over the Holiday Inn in town because the Holiday Inn pool was closed so I was looking forward to the pool and the hot tub here at the Super 8 when we checked in. We checked in and the pool was closed as was the hot tub, although everything was still on and working, so I’m not sure what the problem was, but it was a big disappointment. Honestly had I known the pool was closed, I would’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn. There were stains on the top sheet, which we never use anyway, but still gross to look at, and the blankets had cigarette burns in them the sink clogged and there were some dirty parts on the floors along with paint issues on the walls. The breakfast in the morning made me laugh out loud. There were granola bars from Walmart along with packaged muffins, which I also assume to be from Walmart; bread bagels, a waffle maker, some oatmeal, and that was it. The staff though was very nice and check-in was very easy. But again you get what you pay for.

We got stuck in a snow storm and needed a place to stay last minute. We were also traveling with our two big dogs. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone that will be in the area.

Kenneth and Christine were excellent in the customer service area. They went out of their way to make us happy and comfy. The staff here work very hard to make people happy and to keep the peace. I was impressed with the amount of security I felt here

This room was the nastiest motel. I've ever stayed in dirty. The beds were horrible. The pillows were horrible. They're so worried about people stealing their towels that they post pictures or like signs on the wall that they're going to charge me for their towels. Well, they only give you 3 towels in a double room, and the towels are scratchy, like who would steal those towels, disgusting people that live there, sit outside the front door smoking their cigarettes, and having to walk through a bubble of smoke stinks, filthy dirty. The breakfast is horrible. I would not recommend this motel to anybody that I know

The friendly staff, clean rooms, and ideal location made our stay at this hotel so enjoyable. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff, who were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms, and breakfast area were so clean and well taken care of. There is plenty of parking and we loved the view of the wide open green fields from our room.

Bedding was stained and had cigarette burns. Floors were not swept. Trash lying on the floors.Dirt ring around the tub. Shower curtain smelled like mildew. No pillow case on pillow. Electric extension plug attached to the wall to use for electrical items. Dogs barking in next room. No bath towels , only hand towels. First and last time I will go there. The only good thing…. there were no bugs or I would have left!

The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is perfect, there is shopping nearby, some good restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying there.
