Our room phone didn't work. Was told to unplug and replug it in. Still didn't work. When moved furniture around. Found crumbs around. Wasn't vacuum when came back. Headboards was dusty. Outside trash was overflowing. Paper coffee cup was still sitting out on curb when we got back. That was right bye main door.can keep going on. Do have photos.

When I arrived the person was sitting on the couch messing with there phone. Was not greeted in a professional manner. Then when I received the key card to the room and enter into had a musty smell AC was not on then there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor and were the trash can sat under the counter it looked like red in color like someone threw in trash and it splashed. Then I turned on the water in the shower, it would not drain. I personally pulled out black thick wavy hair and I took a picture of it. When it came to showering was left 2 towels. When there was my 2 kids and boyfriend. Then as I was out for the day on Friday assisting my sister for her wedding that took place on Saturday someone came and removed the cable box. I called the front desk then was told could be moved to another room but would be fixed on Saturday. Check out was Sunday and still no TV. Last but not least checked my bank account and had 2 pending charges for this motel. What you see per there posting on website does not even match what I walked into!! If at all possible I'd ask for a refund very very displeased with my stay there!!

Have stayed there numerous times and always enjoyed the experience. Staff is courteous and friendly, helpful and polite. Love the self service waffle station at breakfast. Will definitely stay again

Microwave didnt work, freezer didnt work, breakfast was terrible, noone was every at the front desk, had do not disturb on the door and housekeeping tried to enter. Rooms were dirty and stunk same as hallways. Beds were awful to sleep in

I did not stay there after I seen the stains on the towels and the sheets on the beds had big stains. I left and found a different hotel.

这家酒店脏得要命。早餐很差，很多东西都缺了；果汁是用机器榨出来的纯净水，咖啡也是。总的来说，酒店的卫生状况很差。浴室里的毛巾和枕套都非常脏。房间里有一把椅子坏了，而且味道很重。
