这家酒店是我住过的最糟糕的酒店……这是我们第二次入住，也是迄今为止最糟糕的一次。我们预订了一间无障碍客房，因为我们和妈妈一起旅行，她一进房间就需要轮椅通道，结果迎面扑来一股尿味……浴室里弥漫着霉味，淋浴椅上明显有霉点，地板脏兮兮的，浴室地板上到处都是头发……我和客房服务人员沟通后，她告诉我房间有潮湿问题，但他们仍然把这间房间预订出去。在与客房服务和前台工作人员沟通后，他们仍然没有采取任何措施来安排我们……更糟糕的是，他们决定当天不给我们打扫房间。这家酒店的123号房间需要重新评估，潮湿问题需要尽快解决。我再也不会预订这家酒店或任何其他LaQuinta酒店了。
