Super friendly and helpful front desk clerk! Room was ok, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but not a huge deal. Slept great!

Places that look this bad need to be shut down until they can undergo a full renovation. It’s aesthetically run down. First off I noticed all the other doors on the outside after seeing mine as I went in, are dented. Like crazy! Ask yourself what kind of riff raff these places have rented rooms to over the years who would damage the entry doors this bad! Someone been kicking ALL of them?? Or did they purchase the doors like this? My bathroom reaped of cig smoke. I swear! If it wasn’t so late and I wasn’t so tired, I would have called the front desk to demand better. This morning I look at the shower head up top and the round part that covers it is loose. It was away from the actual wall. I thought is that where they pulled it away to place some hidden camera? I swear we’re living amongst the worst of the worst now. Newer chain hotels wind up getting really run down because I guarantee that’s how most of the people who stay there live! An ongoing lesson I’m learning you get what you pay for but then again no! I’ve paid less to stay even in places like Nashville and the hotel was in an incredible area. Immaculate, friendly staff, top notch breakfast area you actually want to sit down in and everything is newer looking, updated and very fresh. No wall stains, no carpet stains (this dark carpet had a huge round one) so if you’re stuck like I was? Keep looking or sleep in your car. I’m sick that I could have spent probably 50 more dollars and got aomething like I just said!

It was wonderful, friendly staff, clean Hotel, I had stayed at one in tampa several years ago, you just feel at home, the ease and the comfort, can't beat it. You will always be on my go to hotel for travel.

Good breakfast, eggs and sausage. Only issue was you could hear all the I4 noise in the room during the night. The AC didn't even drown it all out.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and my stay was short and sweet but extremely accommodating, clean room everything was top tier.

酒店很漂亮，干净整洁，维护得很好。房间非常宽敞。浴室水压不是特别大，但水温很好，很热。早餐不错，早上不用特意出去吃很方便。他们的咖啡也非常好喝。我女儿住在桑福德，这家酒店对我来说位置绝佳，方便我探亲，离她家不远。下次来我肯定还会选择这家酒店。入住和退房手续都非常顺利。
这将是我第二次住这家酒店了，我爱死它了！！
