The room was actually pretty dirty when we arrived had to spend some time cleaning. The floors were not swept or mopped, the bathroom needed attention as the is rust build up in the showers. The hot water system should be looked at as maximum of 3 minutes of hot water before it got cold. Also hot tub was not working.

Both evening and morning front desk staff were great. The outside of the motel was well kept and the inside was clean. The area was quiet. The room was clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have coffee available in the morning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I booked the room online and requested a ground floor room. The front desk girl was courteous I asked for a ground floor room. She said there was none available and put me on the second floor last room at the end of the hall. With a smattering of cars in the parking lot at 10 pm. Hmmmm! Hair on the bathroom floor microwave was filthy. Room reeked of nauseating cleaning fluid. I go through Roswell four times a year. Just thought I would try a different hotel a little closer into town, next time I’ll will be returning to the one I stayed at previously.

Roaches in the bathrooms of all of my rooms I rented for the weekend, and the morning staff at checkout was INCREDIBLY rude due to false accusations started the night before.
I will not ever stay at your hotel again. Like ever

Exceptionally helpful staff.
In my view all true businesses are about people and your staff was refreshingly service minded. I would add that except in rare cases, that’s because the staff is well treated by management so I congratulate you all! Thanks for the type of stay that nearly perfectly suited my needs!

Nice clean room, easy access, convenient location, strong water pressure, nice hot shower, safe area, many restaurants nearby, friendly staff. Need to bring your own shampoo (only 2 little soaps provided). Won’t hesitate to stay here again

Staff was rude. I paid for a room with a queen size bed and got a single double bed instead. When I went to try to correct it the lady at the desk said it was a queen bed and the they did not have any rooms with just a double bed. I measured the bed, it was a double. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had a terrible drip really a stream that I had to listen to all night and the AC quit working half way thru the night.
