We were in the presidential with part of the extended family staying in one of the 3 bedroom units. They said their accommodations were good. Ours was awesome. It had good wifi and was very clean. The lighting was OK, some was very good. Plenty of 120v outlets. TVs were plentiful, one in each bunk bed on the 3rd floor and one in the downstairs bathroom. Elvis would have liked that, he had one in every room. There were a few small sacks for recycle but no place to put them when full. We had a lot of recycle, an outside bin would have been nice. Unfortunately we had to put most in the trash barrel. There are 3 complete bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the 2nd floor with a common area and bar. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a full bathroom. Four bunk beds on the 3rd floor with a common area. There is a full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a dinning area with a large table. It has a full kitchen with a bar and chairs. The 2 presidentials are sort of isolated from the rest of the units thus making them quiet and peaceful with a nice back yard. Everything at the resort is convenient. The staff was very nice, helpful and efficient.

The hotel had a foul smell as you entered. I feel like the whole resort could use a facelift. It would have been nice to have a microwave in our room to heat leftovers. The activities were very nice. We loved everything we could participate in: zip lining, Fly fishing lessons, and the skybridge adventure.

The grounds and our room at Mountain Run at Boyne were well maintained. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit and it was smaller than we’re used to (for instance, a night stand can only fit ok one side of the bed due to closet doors nearly touching the other side of the bed); for the most part, the resort has done what it can to maximize space in these units. Overall, the kitchen was well stocked. Our unit didn’t initially have a skillet but the front desk had two delivered to us within 7 minutes which was pretty amazing! The exercise room is very nice and the pool is small but heated which was appreciated for early June. It would have been nice to have the clock tower pool included in the amenities as it is much larger and fun for the kids. Overall, a nice resort that works to continually maintain the facilities with an efficient and friendly staff.

Mountain Run at Boyne is wonderful resort centrally located to all the best destinations in northern Michigan. We have been here twice and love the resort and its service staff.

The 3-bedroom unit was very nice and clean. We are wondering why Mountain Run at Boyne clients don’t have access to the Clock Tower pool at the Mountain Grand Lodge anymore? The pool and hot tub at Mountain Run are well-below our expectations.

We stayed through RCI in the Hemlock buildings and enjoyed a two-bedroom unit which was conveniently located to the slopes and the room accommodations were pleasantly acceptable.

Great location, great views, great amenities. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and it is plenty of room for our gang of 10. Kitchen has most everything you need, I typically bring my own slow cooker and wine opener . . LOL. The supplies the cleaning staff are given are pretty weak and in disrepair, so our rooms weren't very clean. I saw what the cleaning staff had to work with and it was junk. BlueGreen needs to step up on their cleaning supplies.

The resort added significant charges to my account upon arriving at the resort and after my original booking. These charges were for resort amenities which I could not and did not use. Very disappointing.
