Hotel is being used as a homeless shelter. Mirror was smashed. Bed sheets were ripped. Cockroaches in room. Staff at main desk was wonderful and gave me a refund, but it still has not gone thru yet.

Dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke in every room. I had to move rooms three times because non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. There was shady cars and the room was grunge. Terrible pillows and cot like bed.

The room was in a serious need of some repair/remodel work. We had to get our keys re-keyed to get in the room daily for a 4 night stay. This stay has turned me off of staying at Motel 6 unless I am traveling with my cats.

Our plan was to stay at Motel6 in Wethersfield CT. However, after checking in and to the room, the area was dirty, two doors up from us, they were knocking on someone’s door to do an eviction but the person wouldn’t answer; NO RESULT from the person and “we checked out.” I wasn’t going to allow my wife to be privy to this kind of activity, checked out, spoke to the person at the counter, checked out, moving on to another Motel that was safe and parking was in the lighted area.
After checking out, I was told I would be refunded an estimate of $800. However, we returned home and checked my credit card and there’s no refund in my account. I called Motel6 a week after returning home and spoke, I think, to Marisol, and she’d follow up with the refund. It’s been almost a month since my last contact with Motel6 for my refund. I need to have my account refunded. Mahalo. Daniel A Miller.

NOTHING LIKE THE PICS!!! Bate & switch. Rooms were filthy, floors and surfaces sticky, comforters were paper thin and had holes. My room was in the back of the building - very sketchy… noise into the wee hours of the night then more noise early AM from rolling barrels/carts from hotel crew. Never again! Only good thing was red lobster across the street.

Believer you get what you pay for. Good for a place in need last min, for a night or two or traveling on the go. Beds not the most comfortable not enough pillows but wasn’t bad my go to
