There was no tv service and they knew ahead of my check-in and dis not inform me. The parking lot was very slippery because of ice. The phone in my room did not work so i had to go down stairs to the front desk to let them know. The guy tried to brushed things off like it wasnt no issue. I would like a discount or refund but was told that they could not do it on their end because i went thru you.guys

Very clean and the bed was luxurious. Had a great nights sleep at a very reasonable price.

TV's didn't work, refrigerator had over 3 inches of ice block that resulted in the staff trying to defrost the refrigerator, microwave on desk (or it may have been the electrical panel didn't work), and on top of all of this I fell, slipping on ice and snow in the parking lot entrance because no one bothered to shovel or put salt down after knowing of the weather conditions!

方便 离高速很近的酒店
早餐虽然简单 但是也还冷热兼顾 虽然没有水果 但是果汁提供 房间比较大
总体来说，住宿体验非常好。有三个缺点，虽然影响不大……但需要改进……
1. 淋浴喷头老旧，有污垢。修理费20美元……需要更换。而且水压很低。而水槽的水压却很大。很奇怪。
2. 浴室里的墙纸脱落了，看起来很糟糕。
3. 吹风机外面的塑料破了，露出了里面的金属。可能不太安全。再说一次，它们大概20美元……尽快更换。222房间。
我绝对会再次入住。
不推荐的酒店
房间不干净。我们发现沙发床上的床单很旧，而且没换过。我们住了两晚，却没人来整理床铺。我们五个人只配了三条毛巾。
地板冻得厉害……
早餐很普通。房间可以更干净一些，尤其是浴室。空调不太给力，有霉味。工作人员会协助处理任何特殊要求。
