The door was broken, the lock did not work the key card did not work. There’s a gap under the door creating a very cold chill in the room. The room was also not cleaned and looked like it was from 1994. Which isn’t awful if it would have been better taken care of. This also backs up to a entrance to the highway and is very loud. Not worth the money

Close this place down. We paid more for this room than in a Red Roof in Corbin, KY. Our couch was so old & dirty I would not put my purse on it. I wondered when the blanket on the bed was last laundered. There was no ice & the ice machine looked like it was made in 1950, was turned off with no sign on it to instruct how to get ice. An office chair was sitting outside a room. Other fixtures & furniture were stored next to a stairwell. There was only decaf coffee in the room & the staffer said they had not had regular coffee packets in a week. For this place to be so close to Knoxville & other better hotel chains, this is the last Red Roof we will stay in for a cheap overnight stop on a long road trip.

Right off the interstate. Close to food choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Room fine. Needed a place to park my 40’ trailer and they accommodated. Older motel but the price reflected that. No breakfast but there was coffee in the room. I’d stay again.
