Close this place down. We paid more for this room than in a Red Roof in Corbin, KY. Our couch was so old & dirty I would not put my purse on it. I wondered when the blanket on the bed was last laundered. There was no ice & the ice machine looked like it was made in 1950, was turned off with no sign on it to instruct how to get ice. An office chair was sitting outside a room. Other fixtures & furniture were stored next to a stairwell. There was only decaf coffee in the room & the staffer said they had not had regular coffee packets in a week. For this place to be so close to Knoxville & other better hotel chains, this is the last Red Roof we will stay in for a cheap overnight stop on a long road trip.

Needs a desperate update. Door locks were unsafe. Daily housekeeping did not happen, no coffee pot in room. But the check-in staff was exceptionally helpful!

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen! I’m still trying to get my money back! The person that checked us in was sleeping then woke up and was so rude! We went to the room and as soon as we went in roaches started coming out…. A lot of them! I went back to the desk and said we needed our money back because of roaches and room was dirty! The check In person said yes I know about the bugs but that’s the only room left😡 so you know about the roaches?? DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We left it was disgusting and I am not exaggerating!!!

This motel is downright SCARY.
DID NOT FEEL SAFE. My husband and I were traveling and needed to stay somewhere last minute to work with uninterrupted WiFi & if he wasn’t working until 330 am, we would’ve left running the minute we checked in.
The lady at the desk was the only positive about this stay, she was very nice and accommodating.
The motel room smelled terrible, the couch had holes, the bed and pillows were very old and flat. Stained sheets. Water in shower lukewarm AT BEST.
Bugs galore, large gap under door so not sure how they’d keep the bugs out. You can hear everything from the “neighbors” including conversations about narcan in the middle of the night. Concerned that our car would be broken into, had to constantly watch out. No breakfast, not sure there was even a pool since we didn’t stay long enough to check.
Just downright disgusting.

Overpriced for the room. The sofa bed was in such bad condition the kids had to sleep in the other two beds with people.

The floor was sticky and gritty! We stayed there for three nights, and the bed wasn't made or the sheets changed. Trash was emptied and coffee replenished--that was it for "maid service." The ice machine was broken. The picture on the TV was so bad that we didn't even watch it. There were only two bath towels in the bathroom. There was no food (although there were plenty of fast-food places around), and the vending machine in the lobby was nearly out of everything. The key card rarely worked, so we had to have a "real" key for the door. I would not recommend this place unless, as in our situation, there was a college graduation AND a sports tournament going on the same weekend and there was nothing else available.
