We had 3 wedding blocks over this past weekend and I see you did not make your reservation specifically under any of the block of rooms that the bride/grooms created. Technically, since you did not book specifically under the wedding block that was set up for shuttle use, you should not have been able to utilize the free shuttle service. This assists us knowing which block you were under so we could take the proper head count. Also, the rate that is constructed for the wedding blocks are done so with the shuttle service included. A fantastic, affordable and friendly hotel
I stayed at the Comfort Inn Bay City Riverfront during my time at the Hell’s Half Mile Film & Music Festival and it was a wonderful part of a wonderful experience in a truly beautiful (and fantastically ✨walkable✨) town. Could used Air Freshener
Everything was great, except for our room smelled like strong BO when we first opened our room. Opened the window and turned the fan on high, than went to the pool for awhile, when we came back it had aired out enough.

Great Stop!
This hotel is in the middle of the city's best area. Walking distance to restaurants, riverside park, museums and shops. The Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame Museum was a particular hit, a long block away. Give yourself a few days at this location.

Needs a little TLC
The people who worked at the front desk and the establishment were very friendly and kind. However, the place looked a little old and required a little TLC. Hallways need a little shampoo and vacuuming. Some continued craftsmanship needed on doorways and trim. Elevator was getting remodeled. I hope the establishment can put a little more money in this place for future upgrades.

It is an older building but they’ve redone the rooms and common areas. The staff was very friendly.
We didn’t use the pool.
The hotel is close to a high traffic area and was a little noisy.
Over all a good experience at a decent price.
