The young girl working the front desk was AWFUL so rude. She acted put out when asked for a blanket for our fold out bed, handed me a sheet and said she didn’t have one. The hotel was not full, she was just put out doing her job. Spoke to the manager in the morning and was basically ignored, not even an apology.

If you’re looking for a non-ADA compliant hotel this is your one. They do not have an elevator when you ask for a room on the first floor they tell you that they are completely full and there’s nothing they only have the second floor. The three days or technically two we came home early because the hotel was that bad and the storm was coming in. We asked to have one on the first floor and she told us they were full, the whole time we were there was less than 15 cars in the parking lot. So how they were full I am unsure, but they were not willing to move us to our first floor when myself just had surgery and my husband is unable to do stairs. They did not care there was no oh let me see if there’s something we can do nothing. We were supposed to have a room that fit six people that is what I requested and I ended up with a room that slept four and I had to buy an air mattress for my daughter to sleep on because they had nothing else that we could get from them for her to sleep on.

The room and the hotel where not very clean the check in guy almost charged me twice but I made him look to see I paid but I feel he should have know that looking at the reservation

Room was clean along with the bathroom. Afternoon staff on Nov 7, 2025 was excellent. Very friendly and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better.
Lobby and breakfast area were very nice and clean. We also liked tat the parking lot had wonderful bright lights. We cam back from an event after Baran’s it was nice the parking lot was well lite. Thanks for a nice stay!

We arrived in the evening & I was given a key after check in only to have someone already in the room freaking out when I attempted to enter. Somehow they double booked and had no rooms available.they felt were sufficient for us to stay in. We ended up having to rearrange our trip plans & find another place to stay.

The parking lot was lit up like a sports stadium. I didn’t need to worry about turning on a light in the middle of the night the parking lot lights showed under the curtain.
The bed and pillows were lumpy and the sheets were scratchy. I could have lived with all that but the place was 1/4 full and a later check in was placed in the connecting room. They were so loud, arguing with their little kid and each other. Finally at 1am I went to the lobby to ask the worker to get them to quiet down, that lasted Less than 30 minutes. This crap went on until 4am. Extremely inconsiderate people.

The carpet was torn, the toilet seat was broken, both sides of the shower curtain rail were coming out of the wall, there was standing water in the bathroom, the spa tub leaked to the carpet, the sheets were stained and there were hairs on them. There were two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths and you could see where the last person spilled something on the side table and it wasn't cleaned up. When I called for assistance I was told maintenance had left for the day. I asked for a screwdriver and I'd fix it myself, he came up with towels and tightened the toilet seat. We will not be back or recommend.
