The carpet was torn, the toilet seat was broken, both sides of the shower curtain rail were coming out of the wall, there was standing water in the bathroom, the spa tub leaked to the carpet, the sheets were stained and there were hairs on them. There were two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths and you could see where the last person spilled something on the side table and it wasn't cleaned up. When I called for assistance I was told maintenance had left for the day. I asked for a screwdriver and I'd fix it myself, he came up with towels and tightened the toilet seat. We will not be back or recommend.

Parking was spacious. Check in was great. My only complains was in was too. 123 for 3 days. Checked in sat the 27th checked out the 30th. No house keeping was done during my stay. Not even once. My key card kept being deactivated so I had to get it redone every time. And the room needed some repairs. Took pictures but unable to upload them here. However the shower was great. Good water pressure.
Also the wifi is very slow.

Inside the room was nicer than the outside of the room. They are updating. Staff was attentive. Got 0 sleep because of the room next door fighting but staff did handle it.

Getaway
The staff was great our first room had a leak in the bathroom and they gave us a new room but that room also had a problem with the bathroom so he moved us again, third room was the charm no problems, and we had a very nice weekend.

We enjoyed the hotel . Nice place just off I-75 . Clean and friendly , nice indoor pool and hottub . It was so nice we booked 2 more nights .

Disappointed not a lot of choices for breakfast.
Also used hot tub but chlorine so strong was hard to breathe made me nauseated.
Took all night to get smell out of nose.

I’ve stayed at several AmericInns. The room was satisfactory. The amenities seemed as if the franchise owner was spending as little money as possible. The continental breakfast was barebones and even the room had a missing light bulb. Staff was friendly, but the accommodations were less than I’ve come to expect from AmericInn.
