A room with 2 adults and a toddler had one towel to use. When I called the front desk the guy told me bring my wet towel and he will give me a dry one.

Smoke detectors hanging off the walls the first day I did not have any bathroom towels in my room it took them over two hours to get them to me once I requested for them. It was really loud people yelling in the halls room next-door, same thing bunch of screaming and yelling. Look good in the pictures but do not recommend.

Quick and easy check-in, then downhill from there. Buttons missing in the elevator, very worn out room, TVs in the whole building had no signal for the entire stay and were so dated they had no usb port to stream from a smartphone. Toilets had to be flushed twice to empty even just paper from the bowl, cockroach spotted in the shower. Heat and A/C worked well, but lighting in the room was poor. Room key re-set daily resulting in lockouts, broken elevator buttons on the 3rd floor lobby, so took the stairs down to find an alarmed door to outside and a blocked door to the lobby with a note saying “do not open”. Had to take the stairs back to the second floor to take the elevator to the lobby every time. Very affordable, but no shampoo and no face cloths. Also, nobody answers the phone when you call the front desk. Would not recommend.
