Comfort Inn and Suites Macon was a great stop! Everything was very clean, and the staff was amazing!! There was a great hot shower, little extras for the ladies in the lobby bathroom, and the decorations for Christmas were above and beyond. Also, the pool looked awesome, but it was December and we hadn’t brought our swim suits!

A large hotel that needs some attention. The carpet in our room was stained and the room had a musty, old smell. On the up side, there were real plates at breakfast, the only ones we’ve experienced on our cross country trip.

This Comfort was excellent. Everything clean, bed comfortable, seemed well maintained. The elevator floor tiles need replaced. Breakfast is the typical selection but was cooked just right and tasty. Nice fitness center. Parking is ample. Definitely my stop if in the area again.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel !! Upon arrival, the lobby smelled of fresh linen. Cookies were available and the front desk staff offered cold bottled water, exactly what I needed after being on the road for several hours. My room was spacious and everything looked bright and new. The bathroom was so clean it could have passed for new !! Will definitely stay there again and again.

Hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice little touches throughout. Loved the bathroom electrical outlets with a built in light below. The beds were very comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast room was well stocked with a great variety to choose from. We loved the Beautiful rustic design throughout the hotel. It gave it a mountain lodge feel to it.

Stay the hell away from this place! After finally getting into our rooms with a below average luggage mover and very small elevators, I open the door and before me were two other guests laying on the bed. I then had to take all my luggage back down the small elevator, and ask for a key card to my correct room. I got to the correct room at 316 and there was hair all over the bed. When we called and asked if we could get the bedspread changed, they said there is nothing that they can do. Unapologetically front desk staff said they can only just switch our room. We decided to go with that option. I then got a key card to room 215. I did try to open the door and then I hit the door lock. The room was dark and I asked if anybody was in there and a voice from the dark said yes. That is TWO different rooms I was given a key card to that were already occupied, with the people being inside at the time. Talk about an invasion of privacy and incredibly awkward. I was very irritated by then and decided to take my family and just leave and continue to drive for 2 1/2 hours. I have two kids; one that is almost 3 and one that is 10 months so you could see how pissed I was.
