The bed was uncomfortable and everytime you moved the headboard made noise. The floors in the room were all scratched, the bathroom could use and update, it was fine for one night

Unfortunately, we had to leave shortly after arriving at this hotel. Upon entering our room, the hot water took an extremely long time to get even barely warm, the toilet rocked badly, and there was an exposed AC outlet that is a fire hazard. The room also had a strong sewage odor, which was noticeable in the parking lot and stairwell as well.
The staff member who checked us in earlier in the evening was very kind and welcoming, but my experience with the night employee was disappointing. He was condescending and even told me to be quiet while I was trying to explain the situation. During that time, other guests were also complaining about children running back and forth above the lobby, which he claimed to address, but the noise continued.
When I asked if there were any alternate rooms available, I was told no. I explained that I would then need to book another hotel. Only after that did he suddenly say he could move us to another room. By that point, it was nearly midnight, and I declined and requested a refund instead. He continued to argue that a room was now available, but I stood firm on wanting a refund.
I am still waiting on that refund as of now. The poor condition of the room and the dismissive customer service made this an unfortunate experience, despite the friendly check-in staff earlier in the evening.
I wanted to give Red Roof Inn another chance, but ongoing maintenance and cleanliness issues seem to be a pattern across the US.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was old but it was in good condition and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Very dirty room. Floors were sticky and carpet filthy. Bed skirts stained. Hair dryer broken and unable to use. Maid only emptied trash but didn’t make bed on second day. Not worth it.

Check your towels when you check in the rooms I had two dirty towels. Also it's no free breakfast you have to pay for breakfast with the hotel across the parking lot. Also if you order Uber eats at night you might be waiting a hour or longer for you food.

A fine place to r
Room was clean and comfortable enough, but the cleaning products had an unpleasant smell. We were only there for one night and it is a pet friendly property, so it was fine for us. The staff at check in and check out were both very kind and professional.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. The faucet was disconnected from sink and there were questionable holes in the bathroom walls which made us uncomfortable. We could hear every bit of noise coming from the hallway. A/C would turn off and not turn back on until it was hot in the room again. I will say, the bed was comfortable but that was about it for the positives. Definitely don’t feel it warranted $200 per night.
