We always strive to maintain our facilities to ensure comfort and satisfaction for our guests, so hearing about the air conditioning issue and the wall outlet of the rooms. After discussing with our maintenance manager they are working perfectly fine and according to our USA standard.
The people were very helpful and friendly but the room but dirty, looked like nobody had swept in there and the ceiling pieces were falling on the floor

The check-in process was seamless and the room was generously stocked with toiletries. I only wish that cleaning staff wouldn't knock on your door an hour and a half before checkout to ask if you are leaving or staying. It makes you feel you are being rushed out the door. A better practice would be to print the checkout information from the computer and hand it to the cleaning staff.

I will never stay there again. They straight lie to you to your face. It was a sketchy place. I didn’t feel safe at all.

我们最后一刻预订了这家酒店，行程超过8个小时，结果不到5个小时就收到了250美元的宠物费。前台小姐气势汹汹地跟我们说，我们得搬走，付了房费，然后去一个我们之前没意识到允许带宠物的酒店。结果她拒绝了，转身就走了。千万别支持他们。
