great place to stay - impeccably clean and their service is excellent. Only thing they could improve is the quality of the breakfast food, eggs had a rubbery texture and “fake” cheese taste.

Room was fresh & clean.... Hotel staff was down to earth, & trying their best to be helpful..... They were very easy going with My mother & I...
One issue that took away some more points here, was i reserved a double bed accessible rm. However that's not what we got. To the Hotels credit they quickly got us a accessible rm... But it wasn't much of a rm with only one bed in it....
The only other thing is they had black tea in the evening instead of lemon water that they had the next day in the morning...
I thought the black tea would be better suited for the morning, & the lemon water at night... As when I do drink black tea it's usually for a morning pick me up...
But outside of that the Hotel was in very good shape, & the staff as i said were very easy to get along with.... So because they're staff was quite kind toward us... I'm bumping up my 79% to an 83%- that's 8% higher then simply passing.... And 17% away from being perfect.
This Hotel is definitely doing something right in they're staff dept.... now they just need to work on they're accessible rms & complementary drinks... Thank you for reading...

酒店回复: Hello Justin,Thank You so much for your detailed and honest review! We are really happy that majority of the things worked out and the overall stay was still enjoyable. It is unfortunate that our property is much older and when it was designed (about 30 years ago) the rooms are not big enough for the handicap rooms to have two queen beds and still be handicap compliant. We usually only have refreshments in the afternoon (unless someone asks nicely) and we just rotate lemon water with sweet tea so guests can get a chance to try both. 忘记在酒店衣柜3件T，回去拿只有一个简单白T在，说只有一件。打扫房间服务员偷东西，占为己有了。 黄头发，瘦高，叫Christina, 酒店不管，只说找不到。 偷鸡摸狗，入住有风险，谨慎挑选。
住得很愉快，舒适又干净。
非常棒的酒店：干净、舒适、员工友善，地理位置便利。我们非常喜欢这里的一切，下次一定还会再来！
