Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the place itself is very rundown. Neither elevator, pool, laundry, gym are not working. The smell is bad, carpets, faucets, furniture etc. is very outdated, rusted or has scum build ups all over. Breakfast was ok for a hotel like that.

The place looks like a Halloween horror movie from the moment you arrive and look at the building. When you walk in no A/C in the lobby or hallways, the smell of **** is of the charts.... The room looks like if there was from the 70s.... Horrible!!!
Had to request to cancel my reservation and leave ASAP... Luckily I got 100 refund... Do not step a foot in this place. Rather sleep in the car ....

The property did NOT look anything like it was advertised on *******! Arriving at the parking lot we noticed there was mold all along outside of the hotel. The receptionist greeted us while eating fries, the desk chairs were all torn apart not to mention the rooms were dirty and the bathroom appliances were falling apart. If I could add pictures I would. The breakfast area was discussing and the food was cheap quality. The gym, pool and ice machine was out of order! We would never stay in this hotel again!

First off I want to say most of the people I met that worked here were absolutely wonderful and very nice. There was one gentlemen who worked the front desk, he seemed very unpleasant. I and my family members with me never saw him do anything, but sit behind the front desk with a fan with most unwelcoming look on his face. The biggest turn off to this hotel is it is absolutely disgusting. I have an 8 month old child and a 2.5 year old. My 8 month olds hands, knees and feet were brown from putting him on the floor in our room while trying to get his pack n play up for him to sleep in. My two year old had constantly black feet from walking on our floor. The bedding had brown stains on it like they hadn’t been stripped completely off in a while. I also went down stairs for breakfast one day and got a bowl of cereal and some milk dripped on the floor so I cleaned it up and the napkin was literally black where the milk was from dirt. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel, because of how unclean it is. If it was better kept I’d definitely go back just because of the people that worked there and how nice they were.

Under Renovation Currently
The rooms were not bad at all. Main minus was the elevator was not working at the time of the stay but only had 1 heavyitem to bring in. The place is obviously renovating but just needed a stay for 1 night was not bad overall. Probably will be better when the renovations are done

came for a funeral and ended up in a living hell!!
Terrible! The two clerks were at the desk smoking a cigarette, we visited for a funeral with My 18 month old son and 5 year old daughter. We booked online and arrived approximately at 2am. With that being said I wanted to check out instantaneously but I waited until the morning time because it was hard to find a hotel willing to check us in at 2am. When we got in the elevator it smelled like sewage. When we entered our room we had to play around with the key cards to get them to work. When we finally entered our room it smelled horrible and was really dusty. The toilet had poop in it and when trying to flush it, it over flowed! The lady at the front desk said she was disappointed because a supervisor cleaned our room. They sent someone to clean the now poop off the floors with towels! It was so horrible at entry! Even worst! My son was sleepy we put him in bed, when we pulled the covers back it was dirty foot prints and hair on the covers! The pillow was flipped on the clean side but on the opposite side it had a huge brown fudge like stain that was really clumpy signifying that the pillow hasn’t even been washed!! The floors were wet! Air conditioner didn’t work! The television has a crack in it! It was all a nightmare! I called corporate office to complain and I’m looking forward to a return call! If I don’t hear from anyone I plan on calling the news channel and getting someone to investigate and make sure that code enforcement is checking into things like this!

From the website the property was very nice. Ivey who greeted us when we arrived was very nice. The room was not good. The curtains was falling down, there was blood on the pillowcase, looked like smeared blood on the wall, and when we took a shower the water filled up in the tub. I was so disturbed about the pillow case I didn’t take a picture of it. My husband took the pillow downstairs and they changed the pillow case.
