The staff was friendly and very easy to work with. The property was disappointing though. After staying at a different LaQuinta in Burleson, I expected a similar and nicer stay. The Cleburne location could step up their game with the continental breakfast options as well as the in room shampoo/conditioner and general cleanliness of the property. I’d prefer to drive to the Burleson location than staying here.

This place was horrible. Atingly with extra towels and pillows. Almoat every room covered in mold. Water pressure auck and toilets broken.
Front lady was rude.

They need to get a maintenance person to fix things. We went for a family wedding and rented several rooms. Daughters room was full of mold. My first room had a broken toilet flusher. My second room had a toilet that was ready to come unattached from floor. The shower head was leaking and the water pressure was horrible. My other daughters room had roaches and the water pressure in shower was basically drips. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they are not trained maintenance personnel.

The air conditioning was old and humid. The toilet seat was dirty when we got there. The bathroom ceiling had a whole in it but not all the way threw. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 2 days. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. They offered breakfast but in was unsufficient.

Our room was 201, we found roaches, blood on the side of the tv with fingerprints, and what i hope was a drink stain in the bed. The room was not cleaned and while they gave us another room it was a bad experience given we just drive 4 hour's to meet our family there for then to see this all.DO BETTER

There is a lot of water stains in walls and ceilings. And a very strong odor of lvp flooring or mold could not tell.

I have stayed at many many la Quinta's this however was by far the worse. My family and I didn't even start we just left the same day of check on the energy is off at this property.

While overall the property was good, there were two spots on the ceiling in the bathroom which appeared to be black mold (we reported to the front desk). Also, the breakfast area could be better organized and supervised better, as a few guests seemed to be "stockpiling" their waffles before other guests were served.
