First room was never cleaned but listed as clean, so they gave us another room. Second room was clean but smelled like dirt (maybe clogged ac filter), ac never got super cold and found a cockroach in the bathroom.
Needless to say I don't see my family staying here again, especially for the price.

It all depends on what you're looking for. This had what I needed. It was clean, it was quiet, & it sat a block back of the main highway. Staff was accommodating I prefer housekeeping every other day. They had a washer & dryer, vending machine items at the counter.
It a Continental Breakfast. PERFECT.If you're looking for a full spread you'll be disappointed.
All things considered I had a good atay

THE ROOM WAS AMAZING, REALLY SPACIOUS AND BEDS REALLY COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY THING WHICH IS NOT TOO MUCH OF A BIG DEAL WAS A COCHROACH THAT WOKE UP MY KIDS, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. LOL
第一晚没有提供大浴巾。房间没有打扫。地板都起泡了。我觉得床垫是放在一个空心的金属盒子上，每次翻身都会发出噼啪声。两天来，淋浴间的墙上都粘着一根红头发。床头柜上，台灯下面，有一圈黏糊糊的残留物。
我按了门铃，等了十多分钟才有人来前台帮我们办理入住。虽然我们到达的时间已经过了入住时间，但房间还没准备好。后来他们给我们换了一间已经准备好的房间。我们问他们要沙发床用的枕头，他们说没有多余的枕头。前台那位男士看起来对这份工作漠不关心。
员工友善且易于沟通。但酒店本身却令人失望。之前在伯勒森住过另一家拉昆塔酒店，所以我期待克莱伯恩这家酒店也能提供类似甚至更好的住宿体验。克莱伯恩这家酒店需要在欧陆式早餐的选择、客房内的洗发水/护发素以及整体清洁度方面做出改进。我宁愿开车去伯勒森那家酒店，也不愿住在这里。

酒店员工优秀且专业。酒店条件非常糟糕。管理层似乎没有做出任何改进。床不舒服，墙壁很薄（整晚都能听到走路和说话的声音），房间里的所有东西都过时且老旧（需要维修或升级）。管理层应该每月去房间看看顾客的感受。
这个地方糟透了。毛巾和枕头少得可怜。几乎每个房间都长满了霉菌。水压很低，马桶也坏了。
前台女士态度很差。
墙上有洞，家具刮痕累累，地板黏糊糊的，而且变形了。地板到门之间有4到5英寸的缝隙。
一辆校车就在我家门前撞车了，警察不得不介入处理，这事发生在星期六。
