The carpet in both the room and hallways had clearly not been vacuumed, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. The air conditioning unit in the room emitted a foul odor—reminiscent of a dead animal—which made it unusable. Additionally, a floor vent in the hallway had a partially broken plastic cover, reinforcing the impression that the hotel is poorly maintained. The elevator floor also appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time, further adding to the lack of cleanliness throughout the property. On a positive note, breakfast was enjoyable, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was greatly appreciated.

The front desk staff was very very nice. She was a nice lady very friendly. Only complaint I have is this properties run down. It was very very clean it just needs a relaunch

All the doors squeaked. The 3rd bed we were promised was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep on it. Not worth it
