The hotel defy needs updating! Room had a smell, floor needed repaired and bathroom was old old old!!

Had leaking pipes and mold. Hard bed and even harder pillows. I didn't get any sleep for four days.

When we arrived there was 3 policemen on the property. We asked the front desk and was told one of the customers was unruly. Once that person was removed. The police stayed another 3 hours. The room was dirty both the sink and shower constantly leaked water could not shut off. This has been ongoing because there was bad water stains. It seems this hotel is be used for criminal activity. We considered leaving but was so tired from traveling just wanted to sleep. Believe we should be refunded and also Orbitz should remove this from your list of motels.

The pool was closed. The bedding was stained. There was a noise from the plumbing that happened intermittently all night! The noise was from the plumbing in the bathroom. The ceiling above the bed and the walls in the bathroom had stains on them (that could have been cleaned). The bathroom door was broken around around the handle as if someone tried to get in. I stayed in room 225. I reported the noisy plumbing

Bed had bed bugs, light in the bathroom didnt work. Had to shower with low light and bathroom was no clean. I asked for a different room and got turned down because was full even though the rooms next to mine were empty. She didnt even try to look at her computer.

Not the cleanest. Not the safest either. We had issues with other people staying playing loud music until 2 am, screaming and partying, harassing us, urinating right outside out window. Called me names for making a noise complaint and lurked outside our room until we had to call the police. Waiting on a refund.
