We were very pleased with our stay. The place felt new and was so nicely decorated for the holiday! It felt cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty, my girls loved making their own waffles (bonus seasonal flavor!). I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and fluffy scrambled eggs. We had a peaceful rest in comfortable beds and weren't disturbed by the highway. There are lots of convenient places to eat and shop at. I chose this location because of close proximity to a mall and a roller skate rink!

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our microwave was not working. I needed to warm a cold/hot pack as part of a wrist rehab. The desk host let me use the breakfast microwave and said ours would be ready for the next day. That was done quickly. Thank you!
Another note. If you have ever traveled and encountered bed bugs, that can be quite an ordeal. I checked the mattresses, and precautions (mattress covers) have been taken to keep that issue at a minimum. That is very important to me.
Breakfast was good, our room was cleaned well, and noise was kept to a minimum as well.
I would highly recommend this Best Western Plus.
