This property is showing signs of aging. There were evidence of use/abuse and some neglect in maintenance. The bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was the normal fare without any fruit choices.

Due to an unfortunate accident, needed overnight accommodation after being discharged from hospital.
Very late check-in 11pm, staff were very friendly and thoughtful to my condition.

Unsafe, unsanitary conditions – requesting full re
We stayed at Comfort Suites Vicksburg on July 23, 2025. While we arrived late and had children with us, the conditions were so poor we would have left immediately if we’d had another option.
The room floor was dangerously greasy and slippery—a serious safety hazard. The AC in the elevator was broken, making it extremely hot and unsafe. Our bathtub was stained and visibly dirty, and the second floor and our room both had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to breathe and sleep.
This stay was unacceptable. We made the best of it for the sake of our kids, but this property fell far below basic health and safety standards. We reported conditions to the front desk and were told the general manager was unavailable. We were not offered a resolution at the time.
I’m requesting a full refund due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, which clearly violate the expectations of a Comfort Suites property. Please let me know if you require photo evidence—I am happy to provide it.

我们到的时候刚过十一点。前台刚好换班，女服务员们正在聊天，所以等了好几分钟才有人来服务。我们到房间的时候，房间里一股霉味，像发霉了一样。检查空调的时候，地毯湿了，我们关掉空调，房间里却像死鱼一样臭。我们又打开空调，就上床睡觉了。我们是从俄克拉荷马州开车过来的，累得筋疲力尽。如果不是开了那么久的车，或者我之前以为可能还有其他房间，我早就投诉他们了。结果第二天早上出门的时候，我们把空调的问题告诉了清洁人员。这次入住体验真是糟糕透了。
