We had a great stay here, rooms were immaculate cleaned, beds mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The building and rugs looked very nice.This is the most important thing for me. Staff was courteous. I stayed one night so I didn’t use the amenities. Definitely recommend your stay here!!!

Everything was great. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are very nice. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was because i had to make about 7 trips back to the front desk to rekey my card.
The room door locks could use an upgrade

The staff was great, however the roo. Qas not comfortable because of the poor heat and air unit. The smell was tolerable but not pleasant.

I’ve stayed in this hotel the last foodie years for an event this same weekend and haven’t had an issue until this time. The property is in decline and we won’t stay again. The first room we were given had an overwhelming smell of mildew. The room appeared clean but the air was very thick with mildew smell. We requested a room change and were given another room. The second room was decent. The air unit in the room wasn’t cooling efficiently but worked well enough to make it through the night we had booked.

Too much light coming in around "black out shade" from the floodlight outside; crumbs on the sofa
我们本来期望能使用室内泳池，但它却不开放。而且我还在浴缸里发现了一只死虫子。
除此之外，员工很友善，房间也很干净舒适。
由于第一间房间条件太差，我们本来想取消预订，但我们实在太累了。房卡不能用。只好回到前台再要一把钥匙。终于进了房间，但浴室的地板和家具上都有头发！我们换了另一间还不错的房间，但我自己打扫了一下。整个房间都散发着霉味。第二天早上，清洁人员慷慨地在走廊的地毯上撒了香粉。总而言之，非常失望，下次会预订一家更新、更好的酒店。
我们到的时候刚过十一点。前台刚好换班，女服务员们正在聊天，所以等了好几分钟才有人来服务。我们到房间的时候，房间里一股霉味，像发霉了一样。检查空调的时候，地毯湿了，我们关掉空调，房间里却像死鱼一样臭。我们又打开空调，就上床睡觉了。我们是从俄克拉荷马州开车过来的，累得筋疲力尽。如果不是开了那么久的车，或者我之前以为可能还有其他房间，我早就投诉他们了。结果第二天早上出门的时候，我们把空调的问题告诉了清洁人员。这次入住体验真是糟糕透了。

房间很干净。离军事公园和不错的餐厅都很近。早餐很棒！
