Swimming? A Pool? Have you personally checked on those recently? Down stairs that are steep, Pool out of site out of mind. A lift to avoid the stairs is non functioning and the lift panel is broken and leaning inside the lift. Billiards room you walk thru to get there is dirty, unusable. You can't play pool on a table that the felt is worn nd torn in multiple places.
The room needs updated and "around the edges"cleaned.

So dirty you feel unclean while there and after leaving.
There’s a sign on the check-in desk declaring $150 would be charged for any indication, or smell, of smoking in the room, for any stains that couldn’t be laundered, for any missing linens, or for any damage to the room. As soon as we exited the elevator onto our floor which was non-smoking, we were knocked over by the smell of cigarette. Immediately upon walking into the room, the bedding had large unsightly stains. It was impossible to tell if it was unwashed or stained. The new bedding brought up by the front desk was the same. There were holes in the bathroom door, severely broken sink basin, and scores of damage done by pets.
The only positive I can say here is that the air unit worked and the mattresses had bug covers.

You get what you pay for here. This place is absolutely filthy. The breakfast is non-existent. TV did not work everything about this place is cheaply done. I actually cannot believe they keep the Quailty Inn accreditation.

We entered our room to find a dirty pillow (ok, there were 3 more) then we pull the covers back and the sheets were covered in stains! Called the front desk and was told there was nobody from housekeeping on staff but we could move rooms. Ended up moving rooms at 11:00 at night, with no apology.

A surprise room deposit of 125.was demanded upon arrival, house keeping is optional for a fee, hallways are dirty, room heater made a loud noise while running, room coffee was horrible,mini fridge was coated in ice, building is older and in need of repair.we expected more from the quality inn name.

Place was absolutely disgusting and smelly. Mold was all over the bathroom and old dirty clothes were left in the bathroom
