This was not a good stay, switched towels and they were still dirty, they didnt have housekeeping, was told we gotta empty our own trash. Didnt like the environment. Front office told a guest what room we were in n he came knocking on our door talking about the kids n he didnt know i had kids so ik the office gave out my info. Office staff had kids up there. It just was a mess

I booked my stay for 30 days. It was confirmed about a week and a half earlier, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that my reservation had been cancelled and that I would have to go somewhere else to stay. The lady at the front desk acted as though it was ok that I didn't have a place to stay and that they could cancel my stay whenever they wanted and not notify me until I arrived. I showed up about an hour before check in and I will never try to book a stay at that hotel again.

No matter how badly you need a place do not stay here. And this is not sour grapes. I put up with and suffered through this place for several months. You cannot get a refund once you pay therefore good luck having money to go somewhere else if you’re on a fixed income. When I first checked in, I had no idea what a Bug problem I was in for. Then I uncovered the mattress situation literally when I went to buy my own sheets and let me tell you the cat urine smell on the mattress was unbelievable. The mattress was wrapped in plastic to hide the smell, but that didn’t work not good enough so I investigated these people seem to cater to some people And not to others. I have no idea why mostly the women were very rude. It’s not worth any amount of savings to get yourself into this place. And never be able to get rid of the smell of my items I couldn’t manage to get out of there fast enough and it’s so funny because then they’re trying to tell people to check out while they’re still advertising for people to come in. It’s a shame. The area is really nice those other hotels in the area and there’s a Motel 6 down the street that’s a lot nicer and cleaner inside. It doesn’t look so great on the outside but let me tell you it’s 1000% cleaner inside. You’re better off there.

Could have been better. We stayed in a few different rooms & 3 out of 4 rooms smelled like animals urine. The carpet flooring in the rooms needs to be pulled up & something else besides carpet put down. One room stunk,another room had roaches & the last room we stayed in ,I got bit by a spider . (Yes ,heard that from a Dr.)
