There seem to be several long-term residents at this motel, who walk around the grounds and premises in attire such as slippers and housecoats. Not a very attractive image. The property is old, but the room I was in was fairly nice. The staff seems to be a good group of people trying to make the best of an aging facility.

First of all I have asthma and there was no elevator my room was on the third floor, they should secure a certain amount of rooms for people with specific needs such as that especially if no elevator ,also it smelled like mildew throughout the hotel . My room was very clean but the bathtub looked dirty but it was just very stained.The employees were very helpful and professional I must say

The front desk staff was so rude to us after we arrived exhausted at 2 am. We told him we were checking in and we were tired and he said we needed to wait a minute for him to put his paperwork away. Really? Plus I had mobile checked in already. Then he proceeded to give us a long dissertation about how if the room was unacceptable it didn’t matter we’d be charged anyway. Omg I’ll never go back there.

Not too impressed
I was a bit disappointed because the air conditioner was covered in dirt and dust, and it was causing me to cough all night long by the debris coming from the air conditioner into the air. The rugs were dirty my feet were black from just walking on the rug. The bathtub was stained from the black from peoples feet because the carpets were dirty. Their continental breakfast consisted of a muffin and a bottle of orange juice in a brown paper bag and you had to ask for that at the front desk. The beds were comfortable the sheets were clean, the towels were clean and very soft but other than that, I was not too impressed with this hotel. And I will not be returning to that hotel again.

An experience.
Strange group outside. Grandma in her pjs, a picnic table, several people, a grill and chairs in a circle. All There at 9pm and again there at 9am. Hmmm….
Also, continental breakfast was a muffin in a brown bag and a small Sunny D. Not as advertised.
Lots of workers and their trucks. Noisy till 11pm.

2) The provided linens were not clean.
3) The room exhibited signs of cobwebs on the ceiling.
4) During check-in, we were informed of a grab-and-go breakfast option, including muffins and juice. However, upon visiting the lobby in the morning, no breakfast items were available. After inquiring at the front desk, a muffin was provided in a paper bag, and we were informed that juice was out of stock.
5) Bathroom was not clean.

Not ADA compliant
This hotel is not ADA compliant. It has three floors and no elevator. Being a senior citizen. I had to haul my luggage up three stories of steps. They supposedly have breakfast included, which is not true. the picture shows what appears to be a decent breakfast when in truth the so-called breakfast there’s nothing more than a muffin and juice. On the positive side the room was decent and has been remodeled and refurbished I would say within the last few years. It is also very convenient off the Frankstown exit of I 99.
