酒店回复: Sorry Mr.John you did not like our facility but you reserve the room for Sunday and you tried to check in 1 night early and you asked for smoking room and we provided. you are upset because you had to pay more money i understand no one likes to pay more. But from our end we improving our facility every day to provide better service to our guest. Thank You.
The jacuzzi had dirty and stuff all through it. Garbage in the nighr stand. Bed was very loud. Can here the people beside you and all the vehicles.

The gentle man at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. However, i have several issues with the relax inn. 1. This location states on ******* that theres a bar/restaurant lounge on the premises. NOT TRUE! One of my main reasons for choosing this location was for the restaurant, so i could get my meals without further travel. 2. I needed ice and when i asked where i could get some fro., the lady at the front desk told me the ice machine was broken. So i had to drive down the street to get ice.
3. The room smelled of must. I took a can of microban 24 and ended up spraying 3/4 of the can in the room to get rid of the smell. I couldnt get rid of it all, it was clearly in the walls and carpets. I ended up getting sick from the smell. 4. I understand i requested a non smoking room, however, its a health problem and violation that this location has smoking rooms but there are NO SMOKE DETECTORS in the rooms! Huge violation!
5. The Relax inn offers a free breakfast. NOT! What i seen for the 2 days that i stayed was a pot of coffee that tasted like it was old coffee, the coffee flavoring they had, the bottles were disgustingly dirty. There were only 5 pastries put out each morning and they were all expired by a week. Another violation! The bread for toast i had noticed stayed out on the counter inside a plastic tray exposed to the elements of the air. I wouldnt of touched it! Thats all that was on the FREE BREAKFAST. Im not happy with this place at all.

I didn't feel the breakfast room was adequate for a family group. There was only one table and 2 chairs. The breakfast selection was very limited.

Interesting motel
This hotel was nice enough. It has clearly seen better days, but it's still here. It looks like it was built before hotels became uniform in room shape and expectation. I could imagine at one point in time it would have been semi-resort like. It does need updating, but it really it had everything I needed. I'm guessing the lack of a market for it's rather pretty country location prevents it from getting a complete overhaul. I hope it stays around for a while.

Was 2’queen beds instead of a king, put in a small king room when I asked for non smoking and several other things.

这个地方需要大修。入住率一般。如果向公众开放，这个地方至少需要干净。不知道在后疫情时代，这么脏的地方怎么可能存在。这里需要达到某种可接受的标准，我认为我应该退还坐在椅子上睡不着的所有钱。由于宾夕法尼亚州立大学的比赛，没有其他酒店可用。远离这个肮脏的地方。除非肮脏和恶心不打扰我。恶心
印度女人很粗鲁。她只接受信用卡。我把除了酒店押金以外的所有钱都从银行取出来了。然而，她拒绝现金。我们最终住在一家糟糕的酒店，但他们接受现金。可怕！
