It was a good stay. It was just one night because I had a long trip but I wanted to rest and they need to fix their ACA lot of noise coming from it barely let me sleep And the pillows are the worst\n Other than that, it was a small, nice room.

Room was extremely clean, brand new sofa bed in the room, staff was extremely nice, and owner on premises. 24 hr front desk employee. It smells so clean upon entering, and there are really nice cushioned chairs to sit and relax. Simple breakfast area offering waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, juice, coffee and milk. A treadmill and bike in a small fitness area. Pool is very clean and well kept. Excellent location. The value for the price is worth 5 stars!

Room was nice and it was clean. The staff went out of their way to give us a common place to visit with family who was meeting us there! Very nice pool area, although we didn’t use it. Staff also helped us avoid stairs for mom even booking through a third party.

Sauna didn’t not work… was a big part of the reason I choose this hotel
Booked a suite with a jet tub and only 2 of the 7 jets worked
Bed and pillows where very comfortable

The front desk lady when we checked in was super nice. That’s the best part.
The picture on our room had mold spread across half of the frame. There was no couch, just a big empty area where a couch should be. The towels and bed pillows had stains on them.

Not impressed
Not impressed with this hotel at all. I feel the pictures online are misleading. There are only two floors but no elevator. I checked in at the front desk then had to go back outside to another entrance. Cleanliness was meh, there were a few black spots on the sheets that looked like stains. And also black spots on the shower curtain. AND they give you an ice bucket but there is no ice machine on the second floor! I would’ve had to go back outside and back to the lobby to ask where one was.

Booked through ********** and was less than pleased that there was an additional $25 charge for this "pet friendly" hotel upon arrival. Build it into the price, I don't like surprises. Nancy was friendly through check in. Went to our room on the second floor, opened the door and was about knocked over by urine odor. Nope. If I'm paying extra, I'm staying in a clean room. Went back to Nancy, told her this was unacceptable and she did move me to a first floor that was okay. There were stains on linens and towels and moldy patches by the ceiling in the bathroom. Chair for relaxing in looked like they picked it up curbside. It was so disgusting I wouldn't set any of my things on it. Pool looked great for kids/families, didn't partake.

My daughter was bitten by some kind of insect all night long she had multiple butes that showed up within 2 hours of leaving the room. Don't know if ot was mosquitos or something else but she was covered in bites
