The stay did its job. However, the room felt dusty and not cleaned recently. The pillows were definitely throw pillows and not originated for sleeping… they were so small. We found a couple bugs crawling around and a bunch of dead bugs found near the vent. The hall ways were disgusting, stains, spills, and dirt everywhere. The hotel promised a gym, it was out of order. The continental breakfast only had a waffle maker and NO COFFEE. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not offer any coffee. That was honestly my final straw. Overall, the hotel does its job to spend a night and get back on the road but it had absolutely zero amenities & dirty.

We ended up leaving after the first night the room was very dirty, clumps of hair in all the drains, the shower was slimy and mold on the shower curtain. All the “clean” towels and bedding were stained and musty and grimy wont be going back unfortunately

This place had no staff. Literally, i had to wait over a hour to see a employee walk in and he said he just flew in because someone called off. Yes flew in. Much more to say like he acted like it was no big deal but ill move to breakfast that didn't happen because this same employee was on his cellphone walking around which sounded like he was also working a call service. The room was decent but the place was not properly staffed.

No Coffee for breakfast, in the breakfast room. Except for scrambled eggs, the whole breakfast consisted of high-carb foods. Breads and gravy were offered. Called at the beginning of the week to ensure the pool and hot tub were working. When we arrived, neither worked. The hot tub was broken, and the indoor pool was ice-cold. The room was adequate, the bed was heavenly. The coffee in the room helped to offset the disappointment, and the staff were eager and willing to accommodate by supplying extra coffee. Outside was a fire pit that was littered, and the majority of the lights that stretched around the perimeter of the sitting area were broken.

The 4 stars are because of our first impression: the building has an odor when entering & the hallway carpets looked bad. We were totally surprised & would give an excellent for the room: it was big, clean, with nice carpet & comfortable beds.

夜班工作人员赶紧过来帮忙调整床架，并提供了水和汽水。
第二天早上，早餐区非常脏。我们没有在那里吃早餐。水槽和台面都很脏。
我不是个挑剔的人，但这次住宿体验实在太糟糕了。
我要求退款。

公共区域脏得一塌糊涂，地毯上到处都是化学污渍，公共厕所也脏兮兮的，房间里地板上还有食物残渣，浴室门把手都快掉了，房间里的冰箱还得自己除霜才能用，虽然广告上说有热水浴缸，但实际上根本用不了，前台接待员一直低头玩手机，我们明明预订了四人间，结果只有两条毛巾。我们预订了四晚，但只住了一晚就退房了，前台只肯退两晚的房费。我告诉他我会据理力争，但他却说这是他们的规定。他试图联系经理，但电话一直转到了语音信箱。他告诉我经理会在当天上午10点到11点之间联系我，结果却杳无音信。
细节不足
在我看来，这家汽车旅馆本来可以提供很多服务，但维护得不太好。床单和浴室也很干净。地毯就没那么好了。早餐室旁边有两个很棒的室内热水泳池，开放到晚上10点，非常适合在游览卡斯特、黑山和各种景点后放松身心。不过，即使是这个（热水，可能是“地热的”），也是我们在路上才发现的，因为没人告诉我们，不过这东西应该在入住时就告知我们。多注意一下清洁总是好的。
首先，大堂旁的男洗手间没有厕纸和坐垫，门也关不上。前台人员离开了，客人无法办理入住，也没有毛巾，更没有人可以帮忙拿。床边还插着两根金属条。
