Did not realize this was a motel setup with outside access to rooms. The biggest problem was the chair for the desk was toddler size. The front desk person was nice and swapped it out from another room but it was still unusable and I needed to work. The remote to the tv didn’t work. Breakfast was ordinary.

Local food options were extremely limited. Overall I would not go there again.

Night in Alabama

The staff were fantastic. Very. Friendly and accommodating. A little dated but clean. Great breakfast and welcoming lobby. We would stay there again.

Great value for money

A very comfortable, clean hotel. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want, hit and cons items all nicely presented.

I particularly loved that our room was service everyday if our stay.

Best Western Clanton

The hotel itself was fine and the front desk was helpful, but there weren’t many places to eat nearby. If we had arrived earlier, we would have tried finding food further up the freeway. Not really the hotel’s fault, but affected the overall experience.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Best Western was far from pleasant. The carpet in the room was old and badly in need of replacement—it contributed to an overall musty, unpleasant odor that made the space feel unclean. Additionally, the in-room phone didn’t work at all, which was both inconvenient and concerning from a safety standpoint. I expected better maintenance and comfort from a hotel of this brand. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
