Everything was amazing. The food was decent. The pool was clean and hot tub worked! So I was happy! We did have to leave a day early for a family emergency and trying to get refunded now but other than that staff was great as well!

The room was clean and well-stocked.
Most of the staff were friendly but not enthusiastically. We did get a good explanation of times when we first checked in. They didn’t ask if we have questions or need help. Mostly, they weren’t at the desk when we walked through the lobby.
The food was not very good, but we can settle for yoghurt or cereal. We liked that there’s always coffee.
We never ask for maid service, so I can’t rate that.

Our room was upgraded but when I went to take a shower there was no body wash. Went downstairs to tell her and she came up to replace it. He went to take a shower later and found out it was replaced with body lotion. So both of us ended up taking a shower with no soap. Also the place was nosey. If we stay in Michigan City again we will be trying a new place.

Plenty of parking, room was clean but outdated and beat up furniture, staff was friendly, breakfast was sub par to say the least grainy eggs grisly sausage. Won’t be returning

Everything was clean. it was just outdated. The furniture was scratched, painting, repair and updates are needed. However, the staff was super nice. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was close to Everything!

The front desk service for check in was great. Our room was clean, although the pull out couch mattress has seen way better days so my son slept on the actual couch. The king size bed had 4 small pillows, think couch size decorative pillows. The bathroom was the greatest source of funny - the toilet was about the lowest to the ground toilet I have seen since my son was in preschool and the counter top was super low too. But besides that a safe clean place to stay. We had a king suite

The motel is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained. However, the rooms and furniture are getting older and it would be nice if they could be updated.
