The front desk service for check in was great. Our room was clean, although the pull out couch mattress has seen way better days so my son slept on the actual couch. The king size bed had 4 small pillows, think couch size decorative pillows. The bathroom was the greatest source of funny - the toilet was about the lowest to the ground toilet I have seen since my son was in preschool and the counter top was super low too. But besides that a safe clean place to stay. We had a king suite

It's an older building so don't expect perfection. The breakfast was good, dining room was clean. Bedroom furniture is quite old and worn. The price matches the experience.

Everything excellent with one slight exception. Breakfast menu choices somewhat limited on some days. Very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms clean, very comfortable & attractve.

Staff was pretty good. As usual in this price range the breakfast was not to good, the room was roomy enough but not to clean. The clock, office chair, and sink needed repair. T.V. remote was taped together. Over all I would hesitate to stay there again.

Clean and well-kept hotel, terrible beds!
I came to Indiana to see family, but wanted my own space for sleeping and showering. I picked this hotel because the price was WAY more fair compared to others in the area and had decent reviews. I was only here to sleep and shower, so I didn't want to pay more than I needed. Check in was easy and wonderful. The front desk lady was SO KIND and so nice, Linda I think. I got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. I didn't need it, but it was nice nonetheless.
While the hotel was clean, quiet, and well kept, the reason why I downgraded my rating was that bed was the WORST bed I ever slept on in my entire life. I hurt my back at the airport the day I came in, and I slept two nights on that bed and it made it worse. There was no cushion, so softness, NO support. I didn't sleep for 2 days with trying to get comfortable. The hotel was booked so I couldn't try another room to see if the bed was better. It was like sleeping on a warped plywood board. I brought a family member with me to try it and couldn't believe that's what I slept on for 2 nights.
Due to this, I ended up checking out early after two nights, even though I was booked for 3. I couldn't do it. I stayed on a family members couch, which was 100% more comfortable. Thankfully, the early checkout fee was waived due to the bed.
If you can handle an off bed, FIRM beds, this place will be okay but be warned. I hope those get upgraded. Sadly, I won't be able to stay here again when I come back.

Checkin 的员工出去抽烟了。我当时正坐在长椅上等我丈夫停车。员工出来抽烟，点燃了一根烟，朝我脸上喷了口烟。我说，“你能在另一边的另一个长椅上抽烟吗？我对烟过敏。她说她必须在我旁边抽烟，这样她才能看着前台。房间里没有糖等与咖啡/茶搭配的东西。枕头很小，不够放在特大床上。只有一块肥皂，你怎么能一边按摩浴缸一边在水槽边找不到足够的肥皂呢？我去登记入住处要了另一块肥皂和咖啡糖。她和我争论，以至于我不得不解释我的要求。从二楼到一楼的扶手都很粘。床头柜都有缺口。走进酒店门时有股难闻的气味。房间里的地毯又脏又脏。调光旋钮不见了。收费标准很差。欧陆式早餐不令人满意：肉汁、饼干、麦片和水果......没有鸡蛋！我们不会再住在这里了。
房间里持续不断的滴答声很大，而且没有客房服务。没有提供其他房间。除此之外，房间干净整洁，服务热情友好。客厅、家具、电视等看起来破旧不堪。
太棒了，这里是一切的中心，有美食、商店和海滩。
