Yes room was kept clean.air conditioner worked good. The breakfast menu needs to be updated to maybe have some hot food like biscuits and gravy hot oatmeal maybe some eggs and potatoes. The staff were very nice maybe if they understood more english cleaning staff. Front desk staff very nice.

Ac good the noise level was not good at all especially in the early morning I wanted to stay till checkout but left 3 hours before checkout

It’s the extra charges that aren’t mention up front when booking. For instance pet friendly but not mention it’s a extra 25 for each night stayed and a 100 dollar deposit.

The room was not in good condition. It smelled like mildew in it where the walls had been wet and patched up. The wood flooring needs to be updated.

If we hand not had such a long day we would have left. First impression want bad for price point. Room looked very nice. After settling in found German cockroaches. A/c was extremely loud and woke us up multiple times when it ran sounded like someone was doing drywall work then when it turned off sounded like it was being hosed down from the outside. Will never stay there again

No one available at the checkin desk to or me to get my room.
I called the hotel twice when I landed. I called the hotel manager once on the premises. Waited for an hour. Decided to get another hotel at an additional expense. I prepaid for my room and did not get it.

just know if you have a emergency and you check out early they do not refund you they rip you off and don’t make it right i had to pack up and leave to go home and now im out the money i didn’t stay there for 2 nights out of the 4 i book

Tent city in back of facility. party at pool, with very loud music people camped out in parking lot mostly loud drunk and obnoxious .
I am grateful for ******* getting me all my money back.
I would strongly suggest they be removed from the web site. I was in fear at this establishment and the owners did nothing. Not safe at all
