This is an older motel and you can tell by the carpet and lack of electrical outlets! There is no elevator, so you have to climb up to the second floor. I had requested mobility accommodations, but the closest they came was putting me in the first room at the top of the stairs. Since the other motels were full and very expensive, we made do. I really missed having grab bars in the bathroom. We had to be creative to plug in our phones, hearing aids, and CPAP machines. On the last morning, the TV remote stopped working, so we couldn't watch news or weather before leaving.

It's a good option to stay if you are just passing by or enjoying the Dunes park and just need a place to sleep.
Beds are really comfortable, we slept really good.
Cleaning is not great but it is clean enough. The room just needs a little air.

Very basic budget stop. Rooms are worn and have seen better days but you could do a lot worse for a quick crash-for-the-night in the middle of a long road trip.
