The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We had to clean mold off bathtub before showering. We had already traded rooms that had water pouring from ceiling above bathtub in first assigned room.

The property was dated but clean and was a good value for the cost, overall. However, neighbors on both sides of us had a party in the parking lot with LOUD music and laughter until 11 pm 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. The bed was clean but most uncomfortable. We probably will choose another hotel for our next stay.

Tv didn’t work, no WiFi, air conditioner very noisy with constant rattling noises, electrical outlet for coffee pot didn’t work. Room hadn’t been cleaned very well, over all condition of the room is poor. This place needs to be refurbished, I will not stay here again on my next trip to Picayune Ms

The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. Both were too firm and it was hard to sleep properly without having any back or neck pain in the morning. Other than that, parking and where the motel is located is very convenient.

Rundown and dirty.

The manager was super nice and checked us in, but you could tell he doesn't have enough staff or maintenance to keep the property clean and in good repair. We got our room late and one of the beds was dirty so I just went downstairs and got fresh linens and made my own bed because I was too tired to keep switching rooms. The whole place needs a really good cleaning, basic repairs, and maintenance. Two cheap cereals for breakfast and coffee. It was better than sleeping outside but not by much.

Ni Frills, Great value

This is an older property, the owners have done a good job updating the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick. Flooring has been replaced with vinyl. Room included a coffee pot, single serve, refrigerator and microwave. Very satisfied with our stay, especially with the price.
