Dirty, old broken furniture, no amenities, free WiFi doesn’t work, our toilet seat even was bad, had to put tape on it because it was cracked. It must not be a safe area because they lock you out of the lobby. The staff was friendly but hard to understand their English. Worst place I have ever stayed, should be an embarrassment to Days Inn, should be closed so bad. I have pictures.

It was horrible the phone didn’t work . The smoke detector beeped all night . I told the desk clerk but that was like talking to a wall. So 2 nights of beeping was broken sleep. The safety latch on door is broke . The chairs are very dirty . I should have checked out the same day. The toilet doesn’t flush properly you have to flush a couple times . By the entrance door the wall is filthy like they killed a roach or something and just left the mess. The bar in the shower kept falling off. There was no cups in room . It would have been nice to at least have a coffee pot. But at least the Ac worked great. Have a great day.

All the facilities were closed except the rooms. Couldn't even get into the lobby. There was dead and live roaches. Broken furniture, door lock, and tv. I plugged my phone charger in the wall and it fell out of two different plugs. Multiple light bulbs were missing. Made the reservation on ******* no problem, but had to give them another card when i arrived. With a no refund policy i chose to stay instead of sleeping in the car. Im glad my family wasn't with me and i was just passing through.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! NO room phone, NO WI-FI, NO TV, NO Pool, NO Housekeeping (according to the sign) and HUGE holes in the furniture. Wyndham should be ashamed to offer this property!!!!
If I could give it ZERO Stars I would!
They DO NOT answer their phone and ********** WILL NOT give a refund.

The pre-check in made the physical check in super fast. The staff was cery friendly, and the room was clean.

DISGUSTING.
September 2025. This place was absolutely disgusting. The lobby was locked up so we had to check in through a window. There was a sign that said the lobby, breakfast, and pool were unavailable for the safety of their employees. Our group had 3 rooms - one had roaches, spiders, and mold; one had termites; and the other one we couldn't get the keys to work. The place is supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. None of us stayed and we all insisted on refunds. We did not expect luxury. We really expected very little based on the price. What we did expect was for it to be clean, and we didn't get that. This place is very poorly run, and not maintained at all. It should not be under the Wyndham name. We drove to the next town and found a different hotel - the night manager there said "let me guess, you came from the Days Inn in Picayune."
