All the facilities were closed except the rooms. Couldn't even get into the lobby. There was dead and live roaches. Broken furniture, door lock, and tv. I plugged my phone charger in the wall and it fell out of two different plugs. Multiple light bulbs were missing. Made the reservation on ******* no problem, but had to give them another card when i arrived. With a no refund policy i chose to stay instead of sleeping in the car. Im glad my family wasn't with me and i was just passing through.

The pre-check in made the physical check in super fast. The staff was cery friendly, and the room was clean.

DISGUSTING.
September 2025. This place was absolutely disgusting. The lobby was locked up so we had to check in through a window. There was a sign that said the lobby, breakfast, and pool were unavailable for the safety of their employees. Our group had 3 rooms - one had roaches, spiders, and mold; one had termites; and the other one we couldn't get the keys to work. The place is supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. None of us stayed and we all insisted on refunds. We did not expect luxury. We really expected very little based on the price. What we did expect was for it to be clean, and we didn't get that. This place is very poorly run, and not maintained at all. It should not be under the Wyndham name. We drove to the next town and found a different hotel - the night manager there said "let me guess, you came from the Days Inn in Picayune."

Rude and unprofessional
Experience was horrible… the manager was not present when I arrived and I was told by another guy at the front desk that the manager would not be back in office until the next day. My check-in time said 3pm and after I arrived around 2:15, the front desk attendant told me that check-in time wouldn’t be until 4pm. I waited around until 2:45 and while waiting another guest entered the front desk and handed the step her check-in information and was granted a key to a room. I questioned the attendant at the front desk why did he grant this guest keys to a room but told me check-in couldn’t be until 4pm. My room was already paid for online. I thought that was rude and unprofessional to allow one guest to check-in while telling me i had to wait until 4pm. So I didn’t even stay at the resort, I couldn’t wait until 4pm, I had to go to work and I was trying to check-in before I had to go work. The attendant told me that the guest was already staying there but from what I saw the guest handed the attendant a cash payment and her license and the front desk attended then granted her with keys, while still telling me that there are no rooms available for check-in. I will never request to stay at the Days Inn in picayune, Ms

This was the worst stay we've ever had there. When we got there, we found the fridge was frozen up and half the lights either made noises or were burned out.

Not great motel.
The room was disappointing. Not enough towels or washrags. Lamps and outlets did not work. Had to wait a long period to be checked in and no coffee pot. And bugs were in the room. Needs improvement.
